Windows Errors? Fix Them Before They Spread
Repair common Windows errors and clear accumulated junk for a smoother, more stable PC - no reinstall needed.Free scan · no reinstallOutdated Drivers Are Slowing You Down
One free scan finds every outdated or missing driver and matches the right update for your exact hardware.Free scan · exact hardware matchFirst identify which problem you have: a crash or poor performance, an inability to connect to online services, or progress or content that appears missing. Ubisoft provides separate troubleshooting paths for crashes and connection issues. If content went missing after a platform change, check that you are using the same Ubisoft account before contacting support.
Start with the symptom and platform
Note whether you play on PC, PlayStation, or Xbox, and when the problem occurs. A crash on launch or during play, low frame rates, an online connection failure, and missing progress are different issues; the error message and timing can help Ubisoft identify the right support path.

- Crash or poor performance: the game closes, freezes, fails to start, or runs at an unexpectedly low frame rate.
- Connection error: the game cannot reach online services or disconnects during play.
- Missing progress or content: progress, rewards, or an item is not visible, particularly after switching platforms.
If The Crew Motorfest crashes or runs poorly
Use Ubisoft’s The Crew Motorfest troubleshooting support page and select the guidance for crashes or low performance. Ubisoft treats this separately from online connectivity issues. The support page points players to troubleshooting guidance, but the steps can depend on platform and symptom, so follow the current instructions there rather than applying a generic fix.
If you open a Ubisoft support case about PC performance, Ubisoft asks for current DxDiag and MSInfo reports. These system reports help support assess the computer configuration and issue.

If you cannot connect to online services
For failed connections or disconnections, follow Ubisoft’s The Crew Motorfest connectivity guide. Its advice is distinct from crash troubleshooting, and the applicable steps may vary by platform and error. If the problem continues after following the guide, contact Ubisoft Support.
A connection error by itself does not establish that Ubisoft’s servers are down. Check Ubisoft’s current service information before treating an outage as the cause; live server status is not established here.

If progress or content is missing after switching platforms
Confirm the Ubisoft account
Make sure the platform is linked to the same Ubisoft account you used before. Ubisoft says, “The Crew Motorfest supports automatic cross-progression between all platforms.” If you are signed into a different Ubisoft account, your expected progress may not appear.
Distinguish progress from content entitlements
Automatic cross-progression does not mean every purchase or item transfers. Ubisoft specifies that only “some in-game content” is shared across platforms; its guidance does not identify every item or entitlement that is included. If the account is correct but a particular purchase or item remains unavailable, ask Ubisoft Support to check that entitlement rather than assuming it should transfer.

Check whether a recent update lists your issue
Review the latest The Crew Motorfest patch notes for a matching issue or fix. Ubisoft’s Season 11 notes, dated October 7, 2026, list fixes for several crash-related issues, a challenge-related disconnection error, an Xbox Series error message after internet is lost in the main menu, and a missing reward pop-up. A listed fix does not guarantee that it resolves every player’s similar symptom.
The same Season 11 notes list update downloads of 52 GB on PC, 12 GB on Xbox Series, 9 GB on Xbox One, 10 GB on PS5, and 9 GB on PS4. These are patch sizes, not the game’s system requirements.

Report a reproducible bug
If the official troubleshooting guidance does not solve the issue, send Ubisoft Support enough detail to reproduce and investigate it. Ubisoft recommends providing the route to the issue, expected behavior, reproduction steps, any workaround, and images or video. Include the platform and exact error text or code when available. You can check progress on a report in “My reported issues.”
