No puedes enviar archivos directamente por AirDrop desde un iPhone a un PC con Windows: AirDrop está diseñado para compartir con dispositivos Apple cercanos. Para fotos y vídeos, lo más directo es conectarlos por USB e importarlos con Fotos de Windows. Para documentos, el método depende de la app que los guarda y de si necesitas una transferencia puntual o sincronización continua.

Apple describe AirDrop como una forma de enviar contenido a un dispositivo Apple cercano. La descripción de privacidad de AirDrop de Apple no presenta Windows como destino. Elige una alternativa según el tipo de archivo y si quieres copiarlo una vez, sincronizarlo o usar funciones de comunicación.
Cómo importar fotos y vídeos con un cable USB
- Instala Apple Devices desde Microsoft Store.
- Conecta el iPhone al PC con un cable USB que admita transferencia de datos. El conector necesario depende del modelo de iPhone y de los puertos del PC; algunos cables solo sirven para cargar.
- Desbloquea el iPhone. Si aparece «¿Confiar en este ordenador?», toca «Confiar» o «Permitir».
- Abre Fotos en Windows, elige «Importar» y selecciona el iPhone conectado. Sigue las indicaciones para escoger e importar las fotos y los vídeos.
- Si faltan elementos y Fotos en iCloud está activado, descarga al iPhone los originales completos antes de volver a importar. Como alternativa, accede al contenido mediante iCloud para Windows.
Consulta las instrucciones de Microsoft para importar fotos y vídeos desde un teléfono al PC y las de Apple para transferir fotos desde un iPhone o iPad si necesitas resolver un problema de conexión o importación.
Cómo transferir documentos con Apple Devices
Apple Devices permite transferir archivos solo entre el PC y las apps de iPhone que admiten File Sharing. No funciona como un explorador de todas las carpetas internas del teléfono.

- Conecta el iPhone al PC y selecciónalo en Apple Devices.
- Abre «Files» para ver las apps compatibles con File Sharing.
- Arrastra los archivos a la app correspondiente para copiarlos al iPhone, o desde la app al PC.
El procedimiento y su alcance están descritos en la guía de Apple Devices para transferir archivos entre Windows y un iPhone. Si la app que contiene el documento no aparece, expórtalo o compártelo desde esa app, o utiliza iCloud, correo, Mensajes o una herramienta multiplataforma adecuada.
Cuándo convienen iCloud, Phone Link o LocalSend
iCloud para sincronizar o acceder a contenido en la nube
iCloud es adecuado si quieres mantener archivos disponibles en varios dispositivos, no solo hacer una copia puntual por cable. Inicia sesión con la misma cuenta de Apple y comprueba que la sincronización esté configurada para el contenido que necesitas. Para fotos cuyo original está en iCloud y no en el iPhone, puedes usar iCloud para Windows en lugar de intentar importarlas por USB. Consulta las opciones que Apple documenta para transferir archivos entre el iPhone y otros dispositivos.

Phone Link para funciones de comunicación
Microsoft indica que Phone Link requiere Windows 10 con la actualización de mayo de 2019 o posterior, o Windows 11; un iPhone con iOS 16 o posterior; y Bluetooth. Microsoft documenta funciones como mensajes, llamadas y notificaciones, no una transferencia universal de archivos. Revisa los requisitos y la configuración de Phone Link antes de enlazar los dispositivos.
LocalSend para transferencias en la red local
La ficha de LocalSend en App Store declara que la aplicación funciona con iOS y Windows y envía archivos por Wi-Fi o LAN sin Internet. Es una alternativa de terceros, no AirDrop: ambos dispositivos deben poder comunicarse a través de la red local. Esas capacidades corresponden a la descripción del proveedor, no a una prueba independiente.

Si la transferencia no funciona
- El PC no muestra el iPhone: desbloquea el teléfono, acepta la solicitud de confianza si aparece y comprueba que el cable permita transferir datos; prueba otro puerto USB si sigue sin detectarse.
- La importación omite fotos o vídeos: si usas Fotos en iCloud, confirma que los originales estén descargados en el iPhone o usa iCloud para Windows para acceder al contenido alojado en la nube.
- No aparece una app en Files: Apple Devices solo muestra apps compatibles con File Sharing. Exporta desde la app original o elige otro método de transferencia.
- LocalSend no encuentra el otro dispositivo: confirma que ambos estén conectados a una red local que permita la comunicación entre dispositivos. La ficha de la aplicación no garantiza que todas las configuraciones de red permitan descubrirlos.
