Today, the NetSuite portal presents onboarding, free content, live events, and personalized learning collections, while broader NetSuite Education Services also includes paid Learning Cloud Support (LCS) options, expert-led training, adoption support, and certification resources. What is free—and what a paid pass includes—depends on the content and applicable terms.
What changed when MyLearn expanded to NetSuite?
On March 15, 2023, CIO reported that Oracle was extending MyLearn, previously offered through Oracle University for Oracle products, to NetSuite. The dedicated NetSuite portal included courses in product fundamentals and implementation. The launch report said the materials were intended to help organizations with implementation, employee training, and exploring product features for new use cases; those are reported aims, not measured outcomes. CIO’s March 2023 coverage describes the launch.
What does NetSuite MyLearn offer now?
The current NetSuite MyLearn home page organizes learning around paths and collections, including:
- NetSuite Onboarding and “Start Your NetSuite Next Journey” for learners getting started or seeking a next step.
- Explore Free Content and “How do I…” guides for task-oriented learning.
- Live Events for event-based learning.
- Collections covering areas such as financials, administration, business intelligence, warehouse management, customer relationship management, and development.
The portal asks “What do you want to learn?” and offers personalization of preferences and collections. It prompts learners to sign in or create an Oracle account. Its catalog and visible pathways may change over time.

Is NetSuite MyLearn free?
Some content is identified as free, but MyLearn should not be treated as an entirely free training service. At launch, CIO reported that free courses were available, while more detailed learning, live webinars, and hands-on training were associated with the paid NetSuite Learning Cloud Support (LCS) Company Pass. That 2023 description does not establish current pass pricing, current availability, or whether the same materials remain included.
Oracle’s broader NetSuite Training Resources documentation describes LCS as an online learning resource with on-demand methods, education plans, and tailored enablement options. It places LCS alongside expert-led training, adoption support, and certification opportunities—not simply a standalone course list.

What the 2023 Company Pass report included
CIO described the launch-era pass as offering personalized role-based learning paths, on-demand modules, interactive live webinar training, and practice environments. It reported that launch materials were available in English, Japanese, French, German, Chinese, Portuguese, and Spanish. These details are historical reporting, not confirmation of today’s language availability, content, or terms.
How should an organization choose a training route?
Start with the learner’s goal and the access terms, rather than assuming every course or pass works the same way.

What do LCS pass terms control?
Oracle’s NSGBU Training Service Descriptions (v031824) explain that access is for authorized users and that the particular pass and term govern the included content. The document describes course formats, learning paths, and live events; training demo accounts are included when they form part of a course curriculum and may be requested under the applicable pass terms.
Oracle also prohibits credential sharing and says it can lead to pass revocation. Customer and partner pass variants exist, so a buyer should not assume that all passes provide identical content, seats, advising, or demo access. For a purchase, check the current service description and order form; the version cited here is dated v031824 and does not establish current pricing.

Yes, Oracle includes certification opportunities in its broader Education Services offer, and MyLearn has certification-preparation content. For example, Oracle’s BI and Saved Searches Professional preparation path includes eLearning, practice material, and an exam, and states a completion threshold for access to certification. That is a requirement for this particular path; it should not be generalized to every NetSuite certification.
