CTL’s revamped GQE20C is the computing hub in its Logitech Google Meet room kits. The current product page calls it the CTL Meet Compute System (SKU CBXUS190020); the kits pair it with a Logitech camera and Tap room controller. The compact-room MeetUp 2 bundle is listed at $3,147.99, though CTL currently marks it sold out. Prices and stock can change.
What CTL changed
CTL introduced the revamped GQE20C in an announcement reported by Chrome Unboxed on January 8, 2024. CTL describes the current system as an enterprise solution designed to be easy to install, secure and reliable. It is the compute component behind CTL’s Google Meet room kits, rather than a complete conferencing setup on its own.
The current product listing identifies the system as the CTL Meet Compute System, SKU CBXUS190020. Its listed specifications are:
- Processor: Intel Core i5-1335U, 10 cores, with maximum turbo frequency of 4.60 GHz.
- Memory and storage: 16 GB LPDDR4X and a 256 GB SSD.
- Graphics and operating system: Intel Iris Xe Graphics and Google Meet OS.
- Ports and wireless: two USB-C, two HDMI, two USB 3.0, one Thunderbolt, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2.
- Size and weight: 11.5 × 5.25 × 1.13 inches and 2.2 lb.
CTL also lists a Kensington lock, on-device encryption, 75% post-consumer recycled plastics, FSC-certified packaging and Energy Star and California CEC certification. The product page gives the GQE20C an AU date of September 2030. That is a lifecycle date, not a statement that every component in a bundle has the same support period.

Check certification and support timelines before deployment
Google recommends certified hardware for meeting rooms and warns that uncertified devices may lose functionality after firmware or operating-system changes. Its lifecycle terminology distinguishes manufacturer End of Life (EoL)—when a product is no longer manufactured or sold—from Meet End of Support (EoS), when Google stops dedicated support and controlled updates.
Google’s current table lists Logitech Tap as reaching Meet EoS by the end of 2028 and MeetUp 2 as certified for small rooms with EoS by the end of 2030. For devices deployed together as a bundle, Google says the compute box’s timeline governs. CTL separately lists September 2030 as the GQE20C AU date. Because AU and Meet EoS are different labels, use Google’s bundle guidance and confirm the applicable lifecycle for the exact deployment rather than treating those dates as interchangeable.
Quick Recap
Which kit fits your room?
- For a compact room: MeetUp 2 is the specifically identified small-room camera. Allow for the USB 3.0 cable needed for 4K and verify the included cable and installation layout.
- For medium or large rooms: compare the Rally Bar and Rally options against the room’s coverage requirements; Google lists Rally Bar for medium and large rooms and Rally for large rooms.
- For guided one-touch joining: the kits’ Logitech Tap controller adds a dedicated touchscreen. Include its connection kit and cable route in the installation plan.
- For a compute-only replacement or custom build: check availability and approval with CTL first; its standalone page currently reports the system out of stock and requires special approval.
