Kaseya announced IT Complete 2.0 at Kaseya Connect Global on April 25, 2023, adding automated network penetration testing through Vonahi, automated sales presentations through audIT, and a Cyber Insurance Fast Track Program. The announcement positioned the changes across the Security Suite, MSP Enablement Suite, and Business Services.
What changed in IT Complete 2.0?
Kaseya described IT Complete 2.0 as an evolution of its platform for IT professionals and managed service providers (MSPs). The announcement grouped the additions into three functional areas:

What did Kaseya report about integrations and pricing?
In its April 25, 2023 announcement, Kaseya said its product suites had more than 1,000 integrations. A later Kaseya announcement about product innovations at DattoCon Europe cited another 350 integrations, including all Datto products. These are dated company figures from separate announcements; they do not establish a current total or a like-for-like independent count.

Kaseya also said that Vonahi solutions would have pricing 10% lower, effective immediately at the time of the April 2023 announcement. That historical price change should not be read as a current price or discount.
What was the announcement’s significance for MSPs?
The additions brought together security testing, sales enablement, and business services under Kaseya’s IT Complete umbrella. That combination signals the breadth Kaseya intended for the suite: technical security work, a tool for customer-facing sales activity, and an insurance-related program. It does not, by itself, show how well the tools perform, what outcomes customers achieved, or how the platform compares with competing products.
ChannelPro’s April 28, 2023 report described IT Complete 2.0 as an all-in-one IT solutions platform and highlighted Vonahi and audIT. Kaseya CEO Fred Voccola called the expansion “an exciting milestone for our company and marks the next stage of Kaseya’s growth.” That is the company’s characterization of the launch, not an independently measured customer result.

Because the announcement dates to April 2023, it does not establish today’s configuration. Before evaluating or purchasing any component, confirm its current availability, suite placement, pricing, integrations, and requirements directly with Kaseya. For the Cyber Insurance Fast Track Program, separately confirm which products and users qualify, the insurer and coverage terms, and whether any discount is currently offered.
