If Fiber is not listed, review any other services AT&T shows for the address. One possible option is Internet Air, which is delivered over AT&T’s 5G wireless network.

Availability and plan details can change. Use the result from the live address checker rather than relying on an older result or a general map.
Why a map or neighbor’s result is not enough
AT&T describes its Fiber coverage map as an overview; it directs customers to enter an address to see the specific services, plans, and speeds offered there. The map’s displayed coverage is approximate, not guaranteed, and subject to change without notice.

Properties close to each other can have different service options. AT&T’s coverage-map FAQ notes: “Sometimes your neighbors may be eligible for AT&T Fiber but your home is not when you check availability.” A neighbor’s successful result therefore does not establish that your address qualifies.

If AT&T Fiber is not available
A negative result means the checker is not currently showing Fiber for the address you entered; it does not establish when, or whether, Fiber will become available there. AT&T says deployment can depend on permitting, access, resources, and environmental factors, and it does not give a guaranteed arrival date for a particular address. You can check for an address-alert option, review other services shown by the checker, and try the availability lookup again later if circumstances change.

If the checker’s result seems inconsistent with a neighbor’s, verify the address details you entered and check the exact property again. AT&T’s official Fiber coverage map also describes its coverage representation as approximate and subject to change.
Official instructions
AT&T’s support article, “Check address for internet availability,” gives the short instruction: “Go to the Check availability page.” Use the address checker for the current service result.
