Where to find Eevee
Eevee appears in South Province Area Two and West Province Area Three in both games, according to Serebii’s Scarlet and Violet Eevee Pokédex. Eevee mass outbreaks have also been announced for Scarlet and Violet, but an announcement does not mean an event is active now. Check the in-game news for current event availability; Pokémon’s outbreak announcement is a historical notice.

How to get each Eeveelution
The five stone evolutions are direct: use the matching stone on Eevee. For Espeon, Umbreon, and Sylveon, raise Eevee’s friendship and then level it up under the conditions shown below. These methods are documented in Serebii’s game-specific Pokédex and Nintendo Life’s Eevee evolution guide.

How to choose the right friendship evolution
For Espeon or Umbreon
Before leveling a friendship-ready Eevee, remove any Fairy-type moves. Then level it during the day for Espeon or at night for Umbreon. If Eevee still knows a Fairy-type move, it can evolve into Sylveon instead.
For Sylveon
Raise friendship while Eevee knows a Fairy-type move, then level it up. Unlike Espeon and Umbreon, Sylveon’s listed method does not depend on a particular time of day.
