How long does it take to charge the RingConn Gen 3 ring?
RingConn says a full charge for the Gen 3 ring takes about 90 minutes, according to its product FAQ. That figure is for charging the ring; it is not the charging time for the separate case.
How can you extend RingConn Gen 3 battery life?
Turn off vibration
Disabling vibration is the clearest documented way to extend time between charges: RingConn’s estimate shifts from 10–12 days with vibration on to 11–14 days with it off. The trade-off is that you give up vibration alerts and reminders. The published ranges do not establish exactly how many extra days a particular wearer will get.

Plan around your use rather than assuming a fixed runtime
RingConn identifies ring size, functions, usage, conditions, software, and battery age as factors that can affect runtime, but does not quantify the effect of each one. Its published information does not support a specific battery-saving promise for changing tracking frequency, Bluetooth behavior, or individual health metrics.
Does the charging case make the ring last 150 days on one charge?
No. RingConn advertises 150+ days of power with the Gen 3 charging case, but that describes capacity accumulated by recharging the ring with the case over time—not 150 days of uninterrupted use from one ring charge. The case is useful for carrying extra charging capacity when you are away from a wall outlet. RingConn says it fits all Gen 3 ring sizes; place the ring securely in the case and connect the case’s supported cable to a power source when the case itself needs charging.

Compatibility depends on the accessory. RingConn says a Gen 2 case can charge a Gen 3 ring only if the ring physically fits inside it. The Gen 2 Air charging dock is listed as compatible with all RingConn rings and sizes. Check the exact model and fit before relying on an older accessory or buying a replacement; RingConn’s Gen 3 FAQ provides the compatibility details.
