Xbox Player Voice is Xbox’s online channel for sharing feedback about the Xbox experience. Xbox teams review and organize submissions, and players can see when feedback has been received and reviewed and follow meaningful updates if progress is reported. Sending an idea does not guarantee Xbox will make a change.
How Xbox Player Voice works
- Submit feedback. Share input about your Xbox experience through the Player Voice destination Xbox links in its launch announcement: Xbox Wire’s Player Voice announcement.
- Xbox reviews and organizes it. Xbox says its teams review submissions and organize them so they can be understood and considered alongside other work.
- Follow updates when there is progress. Players can see when feedback has been received and reviewed. Xbox says it will share an update when there is meaningful progress to report; it does not promise a public status update for every submission.
Player Voice is a feedback channel, not an automatic feature-request pipeline or a guaranteed roadmap. Xbox notes that ideas may move forward, take time, or prove not actionable. Team Xbox put the limit plainly: “We want to be clear: this doesn’t mean every piece of feedback will turn into a feature or result in a change.”
Where to send feedback or get help
Xbox introduced Player Voice on May 18, 2026, as a replacement for the Xbox Cloud Gaming feedback portal. Xbox describes it as complementing, rather than replacing, its other channels:
| What you need | Channel Xbox identifies |
|---|---|
| Share general feedback about the Xbox experience and follow any meaningful updates | Player Voice |
| Testing opportunities and bug reporting | Xbox Insider Hub |
| Help with a problem or troubleshooting | Xbox support forums |
| Ongoing conversation | Xbox social channels |
These are the roles named in Xbox’s launch announcement. For general feedback, it points users to aka.ms/XBOXplayervoice.
