Available event coverage does not verify that Jack Dorsey’s Block gave one full bitcoin to a single ComplexCon attendee. A Complex preview reported a Cash App bitcoin-fishing activation, but did not identify a one-bitcoin winner or publish giveaway terms.

ComplexCon’s official event page listed the 2026 convention for October 3–4 in Los Angeles, with the convention at the Los Angeles Convention Center and concerts at Crypto.com Arena. ComplexCon’s event page provides those dates and locations.
A Complex preview of the 2026 event described “Lightning Lake,” a Cash App activation where attendees could fish for bitcoin and transfer it to their Cash App accounts. The preview also said attendees could exchange bitcoin at a Bait House for event merchandise.
Did one attendee receive a full bitcoin?
The cited event preview does not say that any one attendee received one full bitcoin. It describes an activation involving bitcoin, but does not establish a single-winner prize, the amount awarded to anyone, or the terms for participating.
