You do not need to move your account to a new service or create a new Coinbase account: Coinbase Pro’s migration to Coinbase Advanced is complete, and Advanced uses your existing Coinbase account. Coinbase ended Pro access on web and mobile on November 20, 2023. If you are still looking for Pro funds, check for open-order holds, unsettled deposits, or a failed transfer rather than expecting the old Pro transfer screen to remain available.
Coinbase Pro has already been retired
Coinbase says its phased migration to Coinbase Advanced was complete on November 20, 2023. From that date, Coinbase Pro was no longer supported on the web or mobile, and customers could no longer log in. The transition is not a pending shutdown: Advanced is the current trading platform within Coinbase. Coinbase’s migration announcement records the completion date.
How to access Advanced with your existing account
Sign in to Coinbase with the same account you used for Coinbase Pro, then open Advanced. Coinbase said users did not need a new account. Coinbase and Advanced share assets, balances, and history, and users can switch between standard Coinbase and Advanced. Coinbase Advanced provides the platform entry point.
Why the old Pro transfer steps may not work now
When Pro was still accessible, Coinbase’s manual transfer instructions were to open Portfolios, choose Withdraw, select All Portfolios, and transfer to Coinbase.com. Another documented route started from the transfer banner or the Portfolios and Withdraw controls. Those were instructions for the historical Pro interface, not a current route into a Pro account: Pro login ended in 2023. Coinbase’s Pro funds transfer instructions describe that former process.
If you did not complete the transfer before Pro access ended, use Coinbase’s current support channels to investigate the funds. Public instructions cannot determine the status of an individual account or restore access to the retired Pro interface.

What happened to open orders and balances
Open orders were not carried over
Open Pro buy and sell orders were canceled during the migration. In the manual-transfer process, funds committed to open orders were excluded until those orders were canceled and the transfer completed. Consequently, a former Pro order will not appear as an active order in Advanced. Coinbase’s transition guidance and its transfer help page explain these order and balance effects.
Reasons a balance may remain
Coinbase lists open orders, pending instant deposits awaiting completion of the ACH transfer, and failed transfers as possible reasons funds may not appear where expected. It says a completed transfer is immediately available to trade on Coinbase. For a failed transfer, Coinbase advises retrying; contact support if the problem persists. What changes when you use Advanced
Advanced is Coinbase’s order-book trading platform, with tools aimed at users who want more control and market information. Coinbase lists advanced order types, TradingView charts, real-time order book and depth charts, and API access. These are trading-interface features; they do not require a separate account. Coinbase’s Advanced page describes the service and tools.

Coinbase’s migration guidance described Advanced as retaining Pro’s volume-based pricing without an Advanced subscription fee. That historical description is not a universal current fee quote. Coinbase says current Advanced fees vary by product, pricing tier, and whether an order is maker or taker; fees can change.
