Phasmophobia’s Crimson Eye Halloween event runs October 8 through November 1, 2026. Kinetic Games says the patch is scheduled for October 7, after correcting an earlier October 6 date. The event includes eight locations, an in-game reward track and a separate Twitch Drop; Double XP & Rewards and the Ghost Hunts 4 Hearts charity event have their own dates.
When does the Phasmophobia Halloween event start?
The Crimson Eye event runs October 8–November 1, 2026. Kinetic Games’ announcement initially listed the patch for October 6, then corrected the patch date to October 7; the October 8 event start did not change. The announcement does not give an exact opening time or time zone for the event. Kinetic Games’ event announcement has the latest published schedule.

The event features eight announced locations. Point Hope is included in its Standard version only; Point Hope Restricted is excluded.

Kinetic Games says Nell’s Diner, reworked 6 Tanglewood Drive and reworked 13 Willow Street will be dressed in red for the event.

How does event progress work?
Playing the featured locations earns event points. The announcement names three point-earning activities: hunting Blood Moon totems, completing investigations and completing optional objectives. Blood Moon weather makes ghosts more challenging, so the event’s point-earning tasks take place under a tougher condition.
Kinetic Games has not published point thresholds for individual rewards or a complete reward-by-reward unlock table. Check the in-game event board for the available progress details once the event is live.

What are the Crimson Eye 2026 rewards?
The announcement lists four reward categories: a seasonal event tee, the Beholder ID Card & Badge set, a Blood Moon charm and an upgradeable trophy. Players who have already unlocked the trophy continue earning points and upgrades for that same trophy; they do not receive a second one.
How to get the Crimson Eye tee through Twitch
The Crimson Eye tee is also the Twitch Drop reward. Watch a total of two hours of Phasmophobia streams before the Drop ends at 11:59 PM BST on October 15, 2026. This viewing requirement is separate from earning points in the in-game event.

When is Phasmophobia Double XP?
Double XP & Rewards runs October 15–22, 2026. During that window, rewards from completed investigations are doubled. This is a separate schedule from the event’s overall run and the Twitch Drop deadline.
What is Ghost Hunts 4 Hearts?
Ghost Hunts 4 Hearts with the American Heart Association is scheduled for October 26–November 1, 2026. Kinetic Games says the event and its rewards will be accessible to Phasmophobia creators and players when it goes live, but the announcement does not yet specify the charity activities or reward conditions. The developer reports that the Phasmophobia community raised over $100,000 during the previous year’s Ghost Hunts 4 Hearts; that figure is Kinetic Games’ report, not an independently audited total.
