What platforms is The Relic: First Guardian on?
The official listings reviewed identify these versions:
- PS5: Listed on the PlayStation Store.
- Xbox Series X|S and PC: Listed on the Xbox Store.
- PC via Steam: Listed on Steam.
Availability and release information are not consistent across these pages. The Xbox Store lists September 28, 2026; the PlayStation Store and Steam list July 31, 2026. An earlier PlayStation Blog announcement gave May 26, 2026 for PS5. The Steam page also displayed an inconsistent planned-release/not-yet-available message. Check the relevant store for your region for its current availability and date rather than relying on a single global date.
Does it have multiplayer or co-op?
The official listings describe The Relic: First Guardian as a single-player game: PlayStation lists one player, while Xbox and Steam identify it as single-player. The reviewed pages do not advertise co-op, online multiplayer, or cross-play. That describes the current listings, not a guarantee about possible future updates.

Can you play it offline?
Yes, the PlayStation Store explicitly lists offline play as enabled. The reviewed Xbox and Steam pages do not provide the same offline-play detail, so check your platform’s store listing if offline access is a deciding factor.
What save options are listed?
Xbox
The Xbox Store lists Xbox cloud saves and Xbox Play Anywhere. These are Xbox platform features; their listing does not establish that a save can transfer to PlayStation or Steam.

PlayStation and Steam
The reviewed PlayStation listing does not specify cloud-save support, and the Steam listing does not document cross-platform save transfer. Those pages therefore do not confirm the relevant save behavior.
Can you transfer a save between PC and console?
Cross-platform save transfer is not confirmed by the reviewed official listings. In particular, Xbox cloud saves or Play Anywhere should not be taken as evidence that a save moves between Xbox, PlayStation, and Steam. If you plan to change platforms, check for an explicit cross-save announcement or platform-specific instructions before buying or starting a separate version.

What kind of game is it?
Project Cloud Games creative director Inhyuk Park describes a dark action RPG with five weapon styles, stamina used for defensive actions, cooldown-based skills, and Relics that provide passive effects. Park also wrote, “Stamina is never consumed when attacking,” and, “There are no character levels in this world.” The Steam and Xbox listings advertise up to 80 bosses and more than 70 passive effects; these are publisher or developer claims, not independently verified counts.
