Find PlayStation Store Purchase History on PS5, PS4, Web & App

To check whether a PlayStation Store purchase went through, open Transaction History on the PlayStation account that made it. You can do this on the web, PS5, PS4, or PlayStation App. PlayStation’s support guide explains how to view transaction details, but does not explain how to download a receipt or retrieve the original receipt email.

Find your PlayStation Store transaction history

Use the account that made the purchase. On the web, the history defaults to the past two years; you can choose a date range to look for a transaction outside that default period. PlayStation’s menu labels may differ by locale.

On the web

Sign in to PlayStation Account Management.
Choose Transaction History.
Choose a date range, then select a transaction to view its details.

On PS5

Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Transaction History.
Choose an account and date range, then select a transaction.

Only the family manager can view family members’ transaction histories using the PS5 instructions.

On PS4

Go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Wallet > Transaction History.
Scan the QR code to view the history.

In the PlayStation App

Select the PlayStation Store icon, then the menu icon.
Select Transaction History, choose a date range, and select a transaction for details.

Does Transaction History show a receipt?

PlayStation documents transaction details in Transaction History and says the online view offers a Request Refund option. Its instructions do not describe downloading or printing a receipt, or retrieving or resending the original purchase-confirmation email. Treat the transaction details as a way to verify a purchase, not as confirmation that a downloadable or emailed receipt is available.

If a purchase or charge is not what you expected

A game or add-on is missing

Check Transaction History first to confirm the purchase. If it is listed but the content is still missing, follow PlayStation’s guidance for finding and downloading games; contact PlayStation Support if the issue remains.

You do not recognize a charge

Review Transaction History and your subscription settings. If more than one PlayStation account uses the payment method, check each account. If you still cannot explain the charge or suspect account misuse, follow PlayStation’s account-security guidance and contact Support.

You used a voucher

PlayStation says redeemed vouchers appear in transaction details. Check that you are viewing the account where the voucher was redeemed: funds and content cannot be transferred between accounts. See PlayStation’s voucher guidance if you need help.
