Start by identifying your Primebook model and PrimeOS version, then work through the checks that match the problem. For Wi-Fi, compare another device and another network. For one documented app sign-in error, check PrimeOS WebView in the app store. Before attempting a major OS upgrade, confirm that your model is eligible: Primebook has said that PrimeOS 3.0 is incompatible with first-generation 4G and Wi-Fi variants.
Before troubleshooting, identify your device and OS
PrimeOS is Primebook’s Android-based operating system for Primebook laptops, and its FAQ lists a built-in app store. Find the exact laptop model and installed PrimeOS version before changing settings or attempting an upgrade; compatibility advice can depend on the hardware. See Primebook’s FAQ.
Fix Wi-Fi that will not connect or has no internet
The public Primebook guidance reviewed does not give a universal, official repair sequence for Wi-Fi failures. Use these checks to isolate the issue; they are general troubleshooting, not guaranteed PrimeOS fixes.
- Check whether the same Wi-Fi network works on another device. If it does not, the issue may be with the network rather than the Primebook.
- If available, connect the Primebook to another known-good Wi-Fi network. Primebook community support suggested this in response to a particular app sign-in error; that case does not prove it will resolve every connection fault.
- If Wi-Fi remains unavailable across networks, contact Primebook support with your model, OS version, and the steps you tried.
Fix an app sign-in error or security warning
For one reported sign-in problem, a Primebook community administrator asked the user to check whether PrimeOS WebView was updated in the app store. A subsequent support response suggested testing a different Wi-Fi network or another email if the issue continued. - Open the app store and check whether PrimeOS WebView has an available update; install it if offered.
- Try signing in while connected to a different Wi-Fi network.
- If the issue persists, try another email address only if appropriate for the account and service.
- Contact Primebook support if these checks do not resolve the error. Include the exact warning or error text.
What to do when a PrimeOS update or upgrade fails
First confirm the exact model and installed OS version. Primebook support stated in a community response that PrimeOS 3.0 is incompatible with first-generation 4G and Wi-Fi variants because of hardware limitations. The response said those models would continue receiving security updates and new features. Primebook’s public materials refer to regular updates and bug fixes, but do not provide a complete recovery procedure for a failed update. Do not try to force-install a major OS version when compatibility is uncertain; ask support to confirm the correct update path for your model.

Escalate if Wi-Fi fails across known-good networks, the app issue persists after the narrow WebView and network checks, or an update does not match your device’s stated compatibility. Primebook’s support community asks users to provide the model, OS version, and error message, and notes that responses from the support team take priority over user suggestions.
