That gives you more documented additional controls to assign, but the number alone does not make the controller better: consider whether you will use those inputs and whether their positions feel natural in your grip.
Choose Raiju V3 Pro for removable back buttons and claw-grip bumpers
Raiju V3 Pro has four removable mouse-click rear buttons and two claw-grip bumpers. This arrangement may appeal if you specifically want click-style rear controls or the option to remove some back buttons. The official specifications describe the hardware, not which layout is more comfortable or faster for a particular player.

Both use TMR sticks, but their documented layouts differ
Both controllers specify TMR stick technology. Omega offers concave or domed stick tops in short or tall options, while Raiju V3 Pro’s sticks are symmetrical. These are meaningful differences in shape and configuration; the cited sources provide no head-to-head accuracy or drift test to establish that one stick system performs better.
Omega lets you switch its Instant Triggers between click and analog modes
SCUF describes adjustable Instant Triggers that switch between click and analog operation. Its materials also specify Omron mechanical switches for the triggers, D-pad and action buttons. Omega does not feature DualSense adaptive triggers, and PlayStation says its vibration modules were removed. If adaptive trigger resistance or standard controller vibration is important to you, do not assume Omega provides those DualSense features.

Raiju combines analog triggers with click-style stops
Razer specifies Hall Effect analog triggers with mouse-click trigger stops, plus Mecha-Tactile PBT action buttons in its support materials. The documented distinction is that Raiju offers analog trigger operation alongside a click-style stop option, whereas Omega’s Instant Triggers are described as switching between click and analog modes. Neither specification is an independent response-time or durability comparison.

Omega supports remapping on the controller and through the Scuf Mobile App. PlayStation lists multiple profiles, sensitivity and deadzone adjustment, response curves and recalibration. SCUF describes Omega as designed for PS5 and PC and says it will not function with PS4 because of hardware and authentication differences. PlayStation’s launch announcement also lists Mac, iOS and Android, but that does not establish that every connection mode or feature works identically on each device.
