Which Mafia games have confirmed native PS5 editions?
As of October 7, 2026, the available official announcements confirm a new native PS5 edition for Mafia: Definitive Edition. 2K announced its PS5 and Xbox Series X|S release for August 14, 2026, and PlayStation lists the PS5 edition on its store page.

What does 60 FPS mean for Mafia: Definitive Edition?
2K describes the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S edition as “the same great game from 2020, now with 60 FPS gameplay and technical improvements.” The publisher also cites improved loading times and fixes to some legacy issues. PlayStation’s product listing likewise advertises 60 FPS gameplay.

This is an official performance claim, not a published independent benchmark. The cited sources do not specify a resolution target, graphics modes, frame-rate stability, or detailed measurements, so they do not establish that performance is locked at 60 frames per second in every scene.
How to claim the PS5 upgrade from PS4
2K says qualifying existing owners of Mafia: Definitive Edition or Mafia: Trilogy can claim the digital PS5 edition at no cost. For PlayStation, the publisher’s terms cover eligible physical or digital PS4 purchases made before August 14, 2026.

That announcement verifies the bundle’s platforms and contents, but it does not state that Mafia II or Mafia III received new native PS5 versions, individual PS5 upgrades, or 60 FPS modes. Those claims require separate confirmation from the publisher or platform holder.
