Using an original PS3
The console avoids the emulator-installation path: you play on the hardware made for PS3 games. If buying a used system, check that the exact game and the particular console model work for your intended use, and assess the condition of the unit. Performance and presentation: avoid a blanket winner
There is no supported basis here for saying RPCS3 is always faster, more reliable, or better-looking than a PS3—or vice versa.
