Why is there no sound in The Room Three?
Fireproof’s iOS support page identifies the iPad mute setting as a likely cause of missing sound and recommends restarting the device if the problem continues. The mute-switch advice is specific to iPad; it is not equivalent troubleshooting guidance for Android or PC.
- Check the iPad mute control. If your iPad has a physical mute switch, check that it is not set to mute. On models without that switch, check the device’s mute control.
- Restart the iPad. Fireproof recommends restarting if checking mute does not restore sound.
- Contact Fireproof support if sound is still missing. The developer directs players to support when the listed steps do not resolve the issue: Fireproof Games contact page.
The cited support advice does not give equivalent Android or PC troubleshooting steps, so these iPad instructions should not be treated as fixes for those platforms.

What accessibility and settings options are confirmed?
The official pages reviewed establish touch-focused interaction, atmospheric audio, and an enhanced hint system, but they do not enumerate a complete in-game controls, audio, or accessibility menu. They do not confirm whether a particular version offers text-size controls, subtitles, color adjustments, one-handed play, control remapping, or separate audio controls. This is an information limit, not proof that every version lacks those options.
Fireproof says the enhanced hint system lets players reread hints to get the full picture. That is a documented gameplay help feature, but the developer does not identify it as an accessibility setting. Details of menus and available options should be checked in the specific platform version you play.
