The official Marvel Rivals Version 20261009 Balance Post, published October 6, 2026, announces adjustments for 14 heroes across Vanguard, Duelist, and Strategist. The changes include substantial trade-offs: Iron Man’s missiles gain tracking and speed but lose single-shot damage, while Gorr’s damage and ultimate duration are reduced. These are announced changes for Version 20261009, not independently confirmed live values.
What the Season 10.5 balance post covers
NetEase describes the adjustments as “A new wave of adjustments is on the way!” The detailed values are in the official Marvel Rivals Version 20261009 Balance Post, dated October 6, 2026. The Season 10.5 preview, published October 7, confirms the season framing and mentions new modes, but does not provide these balance details.
The post lists 14 heroes. Its numbers describe announced ability adjustments; it does not report win rates, pick rates, or measured competitive effects. Team-Up-specific changes apply only when the named Team-Up is active.

How to read the changes
Several kits gain one benefit while giving up another, so a single “buffed” or “nerfed” label can obscure what changed. Iron Man trades lower damage per missile for faster, tracking projectiles; Phoenix trades Sparks self-healing for capped Bonus Health while receiving higher damage values; and Gorr’s listed adjustments reduce several damage or duration values even as Living Abyss receives a shorter cooldown but slower movement.
