Is GTA 6 confirmed for PC?
No. Rockstar’s official GTA VI page lists PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, but not PC. Rockstar Support’s platform FAQ, last updated August 18, 2026, likewise names only those two consoles. The official material checked does not announce a PC edition or PC release date.

Rockstar says GTA VI is coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 19, 2026. Its June 24, 2026 pre-order announcement describes the game as a single-player experience for those consoles. The date was also set in Rockstar’s release-date announcement. Those announcements establish the console launch, not a PC schedule.
Did Rockstar confirm GTA 6 for PC?
No. The reports that prompted the latest “confirmation” claims stem from remarks by Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick at an investor meeting. GamesRadar’s September 17, 2026 report quotes him discussing the company’s general approach to platforms: “The strategy of the company is, over time, generally speaking, to launch for any platforms for which there’s a meaningful audience. But that isn’t always the case, and certainly, if platforms were no longer viable, we could change that strategy.”

The same report quotes Zelnick saying, “And I would note that the PC platform is becoming more and more important to our company over time.” Those comments describe Take-Two’s broad platform strategy and the growing importance of PC to the company. They do not mention a GTA VI PC port, confirm that one is in development, or give it a release date. They are reported remarks, not an official Rockstar announcement about this game.
When is GTA 6 coming to PC?
There is no announced PC release date. The confirmed November 19, 2026 date applies to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Without an official PC announcement, any suggested PC window is speculation rather than a schedule readers can rely on.

What Rockstar’s past PC ports can—and can’t—tell you
Rockstar’s earlier PC releases do not follow one consistent delay. PC Gamer’s August 28, 2026 guide gives these approximate gaps between console and PC launches:

These past examples show variation, not a dependable timetable for GTA VI. A delay estimate based on them remains a prediction, not a confirmed date.
