Yes. Wrike provides an extension for Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro. It brings Wrike tasks and review tools into those apps and lets you link files to tasks by uploading previews. It is available on Wrike Business, Pinnacle, and Apex plans—not Free or Team.
What the Wrike–Adobe integration does
The extension adds a Wrike panel inside supported Adobe apps. From there, you can access tasks and connect creative files to them; it is not a general-purpose, continuously synchronized connection between every Adobe file and Wrike. Wrike describes the extension as a way to access tasks and link or upload file previews from the supported apps in its Adobe Creative Cloud extension overview.
Tasks and status
You can view tasks from My to-do, search for tasks shared with you, check due dates, read and reply to comments, and view or change task status. The panel is useful for checking work and updating its task record without leaving the Adobe application.
Files and previews
You can link an Adobe file to a Wrike task by uploading a preview. The extension retains a link to the file so it can be accessed through the panel; when you update a linked image, you can upload a new preview version to Wrike. InDesign files are added as PDFs. Proofing and review
The extension also supports proofing workflows. You can open proofing, add or view comments, put a file into review, choose reviewers, set a review due date, and complete reviews assigned to you. Wrike outlines these functions in its proofing and approvals guide.
Which Wrike plans include the extension?
Wrike’s current plan documentation lists the Adobe Creative Cloud extension for Business, Pinnacle, and Apex. Free and Team do not include it. Wrike also documents legacy plan names separately; existing customers whose account still shows older plan names should confirm their entitlement in their account. Search for Adobe Creative Cloud Extension, select it, and click Get extension.

Follow the link to Adobe Exchange, sign in to Adobe, and download the extension.

In Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign, open Window > Extensions (legacy) > Wrike, then sign in with your Wrike credentials. Sign in separately in each Adobe application where you want to use the extension.

Wrike’s installation guide covers setup. Wrike says automatic updates are not supported: use the extension’s Update extension flow or uninstall and reinstall it when an update is needed. To check the installed version, open Properties > About.
Supported files and workflow limits

Dragging a local file directly into the Wrike extension is unsupported; use the extension’s documented file workflow instead. See Wrike’s navigation guide.

Wrike says Apple silicon Macs can run the extension using Rosetta on macOS.

Wrike’s compatibility table includes minimum app and operating-system versions, but those listed requirements are dated. Check current Adobe and Wrike compatibility before relying on them for a current machine.

Reviewing creative work: In-app proofing and review tools let teams coordinate comments, reviewers, and due dates.

File handoff: Previews and linked files connect work to tasks, but the workflow has app-specific formats and is not blanket file synchronization.
