To check what you’re paying for, open each service’s account or subscription page, identify the company billing you, and review every account and recurring charge before changing anything. The biller—not necessarily the streaming app—is usually where you must manage or cancel a subscription. Max’s official bundle information covers Disney+, Hulu, and Max; it does not confirm a standard Paramount+ and Max bundle.
Check which company bills each subscription
Your streaming login does not necessarily show who collects payment. A subscription may be billed directly by the service or through an app store, TV provider, internet provider, mobile provider, or another company. Start with the account for each service, then use the biller’s account or support channel to make changes if the service directs you there.
Find your Max biller
- On a phone, tablet, or computer: Open Max, select your profile, then select Subscription.
- On a TV device: Open Settings, then select Subscription.
- Review the plan and billing provider shown. Max says only adult profiles can manage subscriptions. If Max does not provide the controls for your subscription, use the account or support channel of the company that bills you. See Max’s subscription plan guidance and instructions for finding your biller.
If the biller is unclear, Max says a bank statement or a question to your internet, mobile, or TV provider may help identify a provider-billed subscription.
Check your Paramount+ billing route
Active Paramount+ subscribers can use their Paramount+ account to change plans. If you bought the subscription through Amazon, Apple, Google Play, Roku, or another third party, Paramount+ directs you to that company for billing questions. Its U.S. terms distinguish direct subscriptions, which can be managed or canceled through a Paramount+ account, from third-party purchases governed by the applicable third-party terms. Check the Paramount+ plan guidance or the U.S. Terms of Use.

- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Check for overlapping subscriptions and duplicate charges
Before canceling anything, make an inventory of the accounts and charges you recognize. A household may have more than one account for the same service, especially if different email addresses or billing routes were used.
- List the email address used for each Paramount+ and Max account.
- Record the plan displayed in each account and the company identified as its biller.
- Compare those details with recurring charges on bank, app-store, TV, internet, or mobile-provider statements.
- For Max, check every email address household members may have used. Max says multiple monthly charges can reflect multiple accounts with active subscriptions.
- If you recently joined a bundle, check whether the earlier subscription remains active and, if it should end, manage it through the company where it was originally purchased.
Max also distinguishes recurring duplicate charges from a temporary authorization hold for new subscribers. If a charge is unfamiliar or appears twice, check the relevant account and billing provider rather than assuming the cause. See Max’s guidance on unexpected subscription charges.

What the official bundle information does—and does not—establish
The Max bundle page reviewed describes Disney+, Hulu, and Max. It says a new bundle purchase will not automatically replace an existing Max subscription: “If you don’t want multiple subscriptions, make sure to manage any existing subscriptions.” The page does not establish a standard direct Paramount+ and Max bundle. A TV, internet, mobile, or other provider may advertise its own offer, but its availability and terms must be confirmed with that provider. See Max’s Disney+, Hulu, Max bundle information.
Do not treat access to an app through a package—or a shared login—as proof that a separate subscription has ended. Confirm the active account, biller, package terms, and cancellation effective date. The official information cited here cannot determine the status of an individual account or provider offer.

Use this checklist before changing plans
- Who bills each service? Identify direct billing, app-store billing, or provider billing.
- Which accounts and plans are active? Check all relevant emails and account pages before canceling.
- When does each plan renew? Confirm the billing period and renewal date with the service or provider.
- Does the package replace the old subscription? Do not assume it does; Max explicitly says its bundle does not automatically replace an existing Max subscription.
- Where must you cancel? Use the account controls of the original biller, then check its confirmation and the date the cancellation takes effect.
Refund eligibility and cancellation timing depend on the billing provider and the account’s terms. Confirm both with that provider; do not assume cancellation takes effect immediately or that a refund is available.
