Clean the earbuds, mesh, and charging contacts using model-specific instructions
AirPods Pro
Apple’s detailed mesh-cleaning procedure for AirPods Pro 2 and AirPods Pro 3 specifies particular supplies and limited mesh areas; it is not a general cleaning method for sleep earbuds. Follow Apple’s full instructions for the covered models rather than improvising or applying the procedure to another device. soundcore Sleep A30
soundcore’s Sleep A30 guide recommends gently cleaning the metal mesh filter beneath the tip with a cleaning wipe, and using the same method for the earbuds’ charging contacts and the contacts inside the case. For an AirPods Pro case, Apple recommends wiping with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. If necessary, slightly dampen the cloth with isopropyl alcohol, let the case dry, and keep liquid out of the charging ports. For debris in AirPods Pro charging ports, Apple recommends a clean, dry, soft-bristled brush and cautions against putting anything into the ports, which could damage the metal contacts.
