2. Separate the paid editions from optional in-game purchases
The PlayStation US listing checked on October 7, 2026 showed Standard at $59.99, Deluxe at $79.99, and a Deluxe Upgrade add-on at $19.99. These are US storefront prices observed on that date, not guaranteed prices for other regions or future dates. 3. Check what Deluxe actually adds
The publisher lists three vehicles, three Arcade Events, a livery pack, a multiplayer banner pack, and a digital art book as Deluxe content. It says that this additional content is also available as DLC in the Deluxe Upgrade at launch. The listing does not establish that these extras are required to play the base game. 4. Verify online requirements for the modes you plan to use
PlayStation describes online play as optional and says it requires PS Plus; its listing supports up to 12 online players. Xbox lists online multiplayer for 2–12 players and cross-platform multiplayer. Check your platform’s listing and the requirements for the specific mode you want to play, since these details do not establish that every mode requires an online subscription.
