To play Amazon Luna games included with Prime, sign in to Luna with the Amazon account that has an eligible Prime membership, accept Luna’s terms if prompted, choose a game in the current Prime-included selection, and launch it. On Fire TV, open Games—or Find if Games is not shown—select a title, then choose “Play with Amazon Luna” and follow the prompts.
Start a Prime-included Luna game
- Open Amazon Luna on a compatible device and sign in with the Amazon account associated with your eligible Prime membership. Amazon lists computers, streaming media players or smart TVs, and mobile devices as possible device categories; the current compatible-device list can change. Check Amazon’s current Luna help information before relying on a particular device model.
- If prompted, review and accept the Luna terms. Amazon’s Luna Terms of Use, last updated June 10, 2026, say users must affirmatively accept the terms to access Luna Standard.
- Browse the games currently included with Prime, select a title, and start playing. Amazon describes this as a rotating selection, not the entire Luna catalog. The available titles can change and may vary by location, so check the live Luna catalog while signed in.
Play Luna on Fire TV
- Open the Games section on Fire TV. If Games is not shown, open Find.
- Select the game you want to play.
- Choose Play with Amazon Luna and follow the on-screen prompts.
Amazon’s Fire TV instructions state that Games access requires Fire OS 5 or higher and is unavailable in a Kids profile. If the option or a particular game does not appear, check the device and profile requirements and whether that title is currently available to your account and location.
What Prime includes—and what it does not
Amazon calls the Prime benefit Luna Standard. It gives eligible Prime members access to certain subscription content while the benefit is active, including a rotating selection of games. It does not mean every Luna game is included. Luna Premium is a separate paid subscription with an expanded library; it is not required simply to play a game that is included with Prime. These distinctions are set out in Amazon’s Luna Terms of Use.
Choose a device and controller
Luna can be played through a browser, Fire TV, or a compatible smart TV, according to AWS for Games. Amazon’s terms also list computers and mobile devices among possible device categories. Compatibility is model-specific and can change, so confirm that your device is supported rather than assuming every browser, television, or Fire TV works.

You do not have to buy a dedicated Luna Controller based on the cited Amazon materials: they describe it as an optional Wi-Fi controller, not a requirement. Check Luna’s current controller and device compatibility information before buying an accessory.
Connection and availability considerations
Luna streams games, so the experience depends on factors including your device, location, network connection, bandwidth, and subscription status. Amazon does not guarantee a particular resolution or streaming quality. It also limits Luna to certain territories, and game availability can change over time and by location. Check the current catalog and service availability for your account and region rather than relying on an older list of titles or device support.
