オンプレミスやプライベートクラウドでの運用、業務データを使った特化などを想定しています。ただし、GPUの具体的な型番や価格、現在の契約・提供条件は公式発表だけでは分かりません。導入を検討する際は、機能だけでなく、実際の業務データによる評価と運用要件の確認が必要です。
tsuzumi 2とは
tsuzumi 2は、NTTが開発した日本語処理に対応する企業向けLLMです。NTTは、企業や自治体が扱う複雑な文書の理解や、専門知識への対応を開発の背景として挙げています。2025年10月20日に提供開始を発表し、軽量で日本語性能を備え、1つのGPUで推論できるモデルと説明しました。NTTの2025年10月20日発表
NTTはオンプレミスやプライベートクラウドでの運用を想定しています。社内環境に置けることは、データ管理の選択肢を広げますが、それだけで機密情報の安全性が保証されるわけではありません。アクセス権限、ログ、データの保管・利用方法、接続先などを含む導入環境全体の設計が必要です。

図表を含む文書の理解
NTTが示す用途には、図表から重要情報を抽出してデータベース化することや、帳票・フロー図を使う業務の支援があります。数値を含む資料を扱う場合は、図表の読み取りだけでなく、値の取り違えや単位の誤認がないかを業務上の基準で検証する必要があります。

2025年の発表では、金融・医療・公共分野の知識強化に加え、RAG（検索拡張生成）やファインチューニングによる業界・業務特化が説明されています。RAGは外部の文書やデータを検索して回答に利用する構成、ファインチューニングは追加学習によってモデルの応答傾向などを調整する方法です。どの方式が適切かは、必要な更新頻度、データの性質、精度要件、運用体制によって異なります。特定業務への適合性は、実際に使うデータと評価項目で個別に確かめる必要があります。

東京通信大学の導入決定

電力業務特化モデルの構築・検証

導入を検討するときに確認したいこと
「1GPUで推論可能」というのはNTTの説明ですが、公式発表でGPU型番、必要なメモリー容量、モデル形式、推論ソフトウェアなどの具体的な実装条件は確認できません。価格、契約形態、提供窓口、利用可能地域やプランも発表資料からは確定できないため、導入先に問い合わせて個別に確認してください。
- 対象業務と評価方法：図表、帳票、契約書、技術文書など、実際の入力を使って必要なタスクを定め、正答率だけでなく誤りの種類や人による確認負荷も評価する。
- 運用環境と費用：オンプレミス、プライベートクラウドなどの選択肢に加え、GPU・メモリー要件、推論基盤、保守、運用人員を含めて総コストを確認する。
- データ管理：入力データの保管先、アクセス権限、ログ、学習への利用有無、外部システムとの接続を確認し、自社の情報管理要件と照合する。
- 特化の方法：RAGとファインチューニングのどちらを使うのか、データをどう準備・更新し、変更後の品質をどう評価するのかを確認する。
- 提供状況：2026年更新版を含め、希望する機能がどのサービスで、いつ、どの契約条件で利用できるかをNTTグループの窓口に確かめる。
tsuzumi 2が向く可能性のあるケース
日本語の業務文書を扱い、データを管理する環境や業務固有の知識を重視する企業・自治体にとって、tsuzumi 2は検討候補になり得ます。特に、図表を含む文書の理解や、オンプレミス・プライベートクラウドでの運用が要件に合うかは、2026年更新の機能と提供条件を確認する価値があります。
一方、発表されている性能比較はNTT自身の評価であり、GPU仕様や価格も公表資料だけでは判断できません。選定では「純国産」「高性能」「低コスト」といったラベルだけで決めず、同じ業務データ・条件で候補を評価し、導入費用と運用負荷、データ管理要件を並べて判断するのが現実的です。
