Windows 11の新しいPCへ移す方法は、必要なものによって異なります。ファイルだけならOneDriveか外付けストレージ、設定や一部のアプリ情報も引き継ぎたいならWindows Backupが候補です。いずれも、すべてのアプリやWindows環境を丸ごと複製する方法ではありません。4DDiG Partition Managerについては、個人ファイルのPC間移行機能を確認できる公式情報が見当たらないため、Microsoftの移行手順と同じものとして扱わないでください。
まず、何を新しいPCへ移したいかを決める
Windows 11 PCの買い換え後に必要なのは、主にファイル、設定、アプリの3種類です。方法を選ぶ前に、移したいものと利用できる容量を確認しましょう。
- ファイル：Documents、Desktop、Downloads、Picturesなどに保存した文書や写真。OneDriveまたは外付けストレージで移せます。
- 設定やアプリのピン留め：Windows Backupで対応する設定やアプリ情報をバックアップし、新PCの初期設定時に復元できます。対象はアカウントやバックアップ内容によって異なります。
- アプリ本体：Windows Backupはアプリを丸ごとコピーするものではありません。Microsoft Storeアプリはピン留めから再インストールでき、Store外アプリは入手先に案内されます。
Windows BackupとOneDriveはインターネット接続とクラウド容量を使います。オフラインで作業したい場合や大量のファイルを移したい場合は、外付けストレージが選択肢になります。Microsoftの各方法の説明は、Windowsのバックアップ方法の選び方を参照してください。
方法を比較する

Windows Backupで設定や一部のアプリ情報も復元する
Windows Backupは、個人用Microsoftアカウントを使う利用者向けのバックアップ機能です。対象フォルダーをOneDriveに同期し、対応する設定やアプリのピン留めなどをバックアップできます。職場または学校のアカウントでは利用できない場合があります。

- 旧PCでWindows Backupを開き、バックアップするフォルダーや設定を確認してバックアップを実行します。フォルダーのバックアップにはOneDriveの容量を使うため、同期対象と容量に余裕があるか確認してください。
- 新PCの初期設定時に、バックアップを作成したものと同じMicrosoftアカウントでサインインします。
- 表示されるバックアップの復元案内に従い、復元するバックアップを選びます。
- 復元後、ファイルがそろっていることを確認します。Microsoft Storeアプリはピン留めから再インストールでき、Store外アプリは入手先の案内を確認して個別にインストールします。
Microsoftは、無料のMicrosoftアカウントにOneDriveストレージ5 GBが付属すると案内しています。これは同社の案内ページに記載された容量で、必要な容量が足りるかはバックアップするフォルダーのサイズと照らし合わせてください。Windows Backupのバックアップと復元に対象や手順が説明されています。
OneDriveでファイルを新PCから使う
OneDriveを使うと、旧PCからクラウドに同期したファイルを、新PCを含む複数のデバイスで利用できます。ファイルをOneDriveに置くだけでなく、アップロードや同期が完了したことを確認してから新PCで作業してください。

- 旧PCで移したいファイルをOneDriveフォルダーに保存します。
- OneDriveの同期が完了し、必要なファイルがオンラインで利用できることを確認します。
- 新PCで同じMicrosoftアカウントを使ってOneDriveにサインインし、同期したファイルを開きます。
必要な容量がOneDriveの空き容量を超える場合は、対象を絞るか外付けストレージを検討してください。OneDriveはファイルをクラウド経由で使う方法であり、ファイルを別の物理ドライブへ複製する手順とは異なります。詳しくはMicrosoftのバックアップ方法の選び方を確認してください。
外付けストレージでファイルを手動コピーする
インターネットを使えない場合や、クラウドを介さずファイルを移したい場合は、USBメモリー、SDカード、外付けハードドライブなどにコピーできます。必要なドライブ容量は移すデータの合計を確認して決めます。Microsoftは特定の製品、容量、転送速度を推奨していません。

- 旧PCでDocuments、Desktop、Downloads、Favorites、Music、Pictures、Videosなどを確認し、移したいファイルとフォルダーを選びます。
- 外付けストレージを接続し、選んだデータをコピーします。コピーが終わったら、保存先でファイルを開けることを確認します。
- Windowsの取り外し操作を使って安全に取り外し、ドライブを新PCへ接続します。
- 新PCの希望する保存先へファイルをコピーします。
- コピー後にファイルを開き、必要なデータが新PCにそろっていることを確認します。
この方法で移るのは、選択してコピーしたファイルやフォルダーです。アプリのインストールやWindowsのシステム全体を移行することとは異なります。Microsoftの手順は外付けストレージを使って新しいWindows PCへファイルを移す方法で確認できます。
古いPC間転送機能は現在利用できない
以前のMicrosoftサポート記事「Transfer your files and settings to a new Windows PC」は、この機能が利用できなくなったと案内し、Windows Backup and Restoreを使うよう説明しています。古い記事にある手順を、現在使えるPC間転送機能として前提にしないでください。Microsoftの案内は該当サポート記事で確認できます。

4DDiG Partition Managerで個人ファイルを移せるか
4DDiG Supportのページには製品名の掲載がありますが、確認できる情報だけでは、4DDiG Partition Managerに旧PCから新PCへ個人ファイルを移す機能があるか、対応するWindows 11のエディション、操作方法、ライセンス条件を判断できません。したがって、Windows Backupや外付けドライブによるファイル移行の代替として案内することはできません。確認可能な窓口は4DDiG Supportです。
製品がディスク複製やOS移行に対応するかを検討する場合も、現行の公式仕様を確認し、ファイルを選んで移す作業とディスクまたはOSを移す作業を区別してください。

移行後に確認する項目
- 新PCで必要な文書、写真、動画などを実際に開けるか。
- Desktop、Downloads、Picturesなど、旧PCで使っていた保存場所を確認したか。
- OneDriveを使った場合、同期が完了しているか、必要なファイルにアクセスできるか。
- Windows Backupを使った場合、設定やピン留めが復元され、必要なアプリを再インストールできたか。
- 移行元と移行先の両方でファイルを確認する前に、旧PCや外付けドライブのデータを削除していないか。
