The Trettitre Retro Ambient Audio System combines vinyl, CD and cassette players with a magnetic display rack. Each player runs on its own battery and can send audio wirelessly to compatible headphones or speakers, but “no wires” does not mean no charging cables or installation hardware. Trettitre displayed the bundle at $529 on its product page on October 7, 2026; price and availability can change.
What comes with the Trettitre Retro Ambient Audio System?
Trettitre describes the system as three format-specific players and a modular rack. The components can also be used independently, so the rack is not required to operate each player.

The maker also describes the LP3 as having ambient backlighting and portable operation. These are product-page descriptions, not independent performance findings. Trettitre’s system page lists the bundle and its components.
Does it really need no wires?
No—not in the literal sense. “Wireless” refers to battery operation and wireless audio connections, rather than a system that never needs cables or mounting hardware. Trettitre says the players connect wirelessly to headphones or speakers, while Tom’s Hardware reports that the units have separate batteries and USB-C charging ports, with no shared charging mechanism or included power supply. Tom’s Hardware’s October 6, 2026 coverage also notes that the LP3’s wireless charging is limited to its T-shaped mount; Trettitre likewise says that mount is the only wireless-charging option for the LP3.

That means you should plan for charging each player and for the rack’s installation. The product page lists adhesive mounting and expansion screws for different wall types. Trettitre specifically warns that its no-nails adhesive is not suitable for plaster or latex-painted walls, so check the wall surface and mounting instructions rather than assuming the adhesive works everywhere.
What does Trettitre claim about the LP3?
The manufacturer lists Bluetooth 5.3, SBC, aptX, aptX HD and aptX Adaptive support, plus a 3.5 mm output and a self-balancing tonearm. It says a full charge provides up to 10 hours of vinyl playback, or up to 6 hours when the light is used as an ambient lamp. These are maker-stated maximums, not guaranteed runtimes. The system page also claims up to 10 hours for the CD and cassette players. Trettitre’s LP3 product page lists its Bluetooth, output and tonearm specifications.

What should vinyl listeners consider?
The LP3’s vertical orientation is central to its display concept, but it also raises a practical question about how a record stays stable during playback. Tom’s Hardware reporter Bruno Ferreira noted the unusual demands that vertical playback places on stability and the self-balancing tonearm. That is a reported design concern, not a hands-on test or a measured sound-quality result.
Ferreira’s coverage also reports an Audio-Technica AT-3600L cartridge and manual speed adjustment of up to ±5%. It notes that the cited specifications do not list high-end codecs for the CD and cassette units. Those observations describe the announced design; they do not establish how the system compares in measured performance with other players.

What does it cost, and what is included?
Trettitre displayed the full system for $529 on its product page when viewed on October 7, 2026. The page stated that in-stock orders are processed in 1–2 business days, with estimated delivery 8–15 business days after dispatch depending on destination. It also listed a 12-month warranty, lifetime repair support and a 7-day free quality replacement. These are the manufacturer’s page statements and may change or be subject to terms.
Kickstarter campaign rewards are historical, not current retail prices: the campaign ran from March 26 to April 10, 2026, and its page showed bundle pledge offers including $399 and $429, with delivery estimates varying by reward tier. The manufacturer lists an ATN-3600L replacement stylus, record holder, 38 mm EP adapter, USB-C cable and wall-installation items. Check the product listing for compatibility and current stock before buying an accessory.

- Formats: The bundle covers vinyl, CDs and cassettes; if you use only one format, consider whether you need the other players.
- Placement: Decide whether a wall display is useful or whether tabletop players would better suit your room and records.
- Charging: Account for the separate batteries and USB-C charging, and whether the LP3’s T-shaped wireless-charging mount fits your installation plans.
- Audio connections: Check which codecs and wired outputs matter to you. The LP3’s listed specifications do not establish equivalent codec support across the CD and cassette players.
- Vinyl handling: Consider vertical playback, record retention and the reported stability question before choosing a display-oriented turntable.
- Total cost: Include the rack and any accessories you actually need when comparing the bundle with separate players.
The available reporting does not establish a performance ranking against other systems, so comparisons should focus on formats, setup, connections and total cost rather than an assumed sound-quality advantage.
