Mark Stephen Asea, a 36-year-old Port St. Lucie resident, was reportedly booked on September 30, 2026, on a felony charge described in news reports as an offense against computer users. Reports say the case concerns allegations that private information about two women appeared in his TikTok content. An arrest is not a conviction, and the allegations have not been established in court.
What is Mark Asea accused of?
Reports describing a police affidavit say two women told investigators that their private information appeared in Asea’s TikTok content. The accounts involve different circumstances; the reporting does not establish how the information was obtained.
One woman’s account
According to the reports, one woman said a password she had shared only in a closed TikTok group chat later appeared in content. She also alleged that videos discussed personal device and financial details. Reporting quotes statements attributed to Asea in videos reviewed by investigators, including “Let’s talk about your actual password.” Those descriptions are allegations attributed to the affidavit, not independently verified findings.
A second woman’s account
A second woman reportedly said she gave Asea remote access to her computer in October 2025 so he could troubleshoot an application. Months later, she alleged that a private photo she had sent through Telegram appeared in a TikTok post and that she had not authorized access to her information. The reports do not establish how the image was obtained or whether the remote troubleshooting was connected to its later appearance.

Reported volume of videos

News reports say Asea was booked September 30, 2026, on one felony charge described as an offense against computer users. The reported bond was $35,000.
