AION 2’s character creator is drawing attention because clips of its bust-size control have prompted two different reactions: jokes about how far the upper setting appears to go, and complaints from players who say the lower setting still looks too large. Those are observations from clips and social-media comments—not published measurements of the slider or an official explanation from NCSOFT.
What players are reacting to
In an October 6, 2026 report, Joking Joystick described clips of players pushing the bust-size control toward its apparent upper extreme, as well as complaints that the lowest setting still appears relatively large. Tech News Vision reproduced social-media comments such as “The minimum size is [a] C cup?” and “The minimum is way too big, isn’t it?” These are individual users’ descriptions, not verified measurements or representative polling. What NCSOFT has confirmed about customization
Before launch, NCSOFT said a pre-character-customization event would let players create characters ahead of AION 2’s November 19, 2025 launch in Korea and Taiwan. Its November 16, 2025 announcement advertised more than 200 customization options, including body shape, skin tone, eye color, and muscle definition. What remains unknown about the slider
The available reporting does not establish the control’s exact minimum or maximum, whether its range differs by character type, or why NCSOFT set it as shown in the clips. The apparent range is therefore best understood as a player observation, not a technical specification. The cited sources also do not document a developer response or an announced change addressing the debate.

Why the distinction matters
A creator can offer many adjustable details without offering a broad range for every body feature. The current discussion illustrates that difference: players are reacting to the apparent endpoints of one control and to whether those endpoints allow the representation they want. The reports do not substantiate claims that NCSOFT deliberately excluded a particular body type, that all characters share the same settings, or that the controversy has affected sales or player numbers.
