HD Report reported on October 6, 2026, that Amazon had the 33-disc Game of Thrones: The Complete Collection 4K UHD box set for $99.99, described as 29% below a $139.99 list price. That is a dated price report, not confirmation that the offer remains available; check the current listing, seller, stock, shipping, and total at checkout before buying. The “first time ever” claim does not hold: Slickdeals reported a $95.99 Amazon offer in July 2023.
What the reported Amazon deal includes
The deal report names the Game of Thrones: The Complete Collection 33-disc 4K UHD set and gives a price of $99.99. It describes that price as 29% off a $139.99 list price. Both figures come from HD Report’s October 6, 2026 report, and neither guarantees Amazon’s current price or availability: HD Report’s deal coverage.
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment’s 2020 release announcement, reproduced by Screen-Connections, identifies the Complete Collection as all 73 episodes on 33 discs, with over 15 hours of bonus content. The announcement gave a US suggested retail price of $254.99 at that time. That historical suggested price is not directly comparable to the later report’s $139.99 list price, which is tied to a different date and retailer context: Screen-Connections’ reproduction of the Warner Bros. announcement.
Reported picture and audio formats
HD Report lists 2160p video with Dolby Vision and HDR10, plus Dolby Atmos and Dolby TrueHD 7.1 audio. These are details reported for the edition, not independently established here against an authoritative edition-specific product page. Confirm the exact format and edition on the live Amazon listing before ordering, especially if you are buying for a particular display or audio setup.

Why “for the first time ever” is inaccurate
The available deal history includes an earlier Amazon price below $100: Slickdeals recorded a $95.99 offer for the 4K UHD set on July 9, 2023. GameSpot later reported an Amazon sale at $100 in October 2024. The October 2026 report may describe a newly observed deal, but it does not support a claim that the set has never previously sold under $100.
- Slickdeals’ July 2023 listing recorded $95.99 at Amazon.
- GameSpot’s October 2024 report described an Amazon offer at $100.
Check the listing before you buy
Search for the named Complete Collection and verify that the product page is for the 33-disc 4K UHD edition—not the standard Blu-ray or DVD collection, an individual season, or a digital offer. The $99.99 figure is a reported Amazon price, and the cited coverage does not establish a current comparison with other retailers.

- Confirm that the title and format say 4K UHD and that the page identifies the complete 33-disc collection.
- Check the current seller, stock status, shipping cost, and total price at checkout; these can change independently of a past deal report.
- Review the listing’s region and format compatibility information if you use a player or setup with regional restrictions.
- Check return terms and the exact included extras on the seller’s product page rather than assuming they are identical across listings.
Digital copy and edition details
The 2020 announcement said the US release included a digital copy. That statement describes the US release at announcement; it does not establish that a code is included with a current listing or that any code remains redeemable. If a digital copy matters, confirm its inclusion and redemption status with the seller before purchasing.
