Does Valor Mortis have pre-orders?
No. In an October 6 report, Beebom said developer One More Level is skipping pre-orders, early access, and exclusive content locked behind a pre-purchase. The report attributed this statement to the developers:

That means there is no reported pre-order window to use for getting the game early or unlocking pre-purchase-only content.

How long is the PS Plus trial, and does progress carry over?
Beebom reports that PlayStation Plus players can try Valor Mortis for 90 minutes at launch and continue with their progress if they buy the full game. Sony describes its Game Trials generally as time-limited and says its Game Trials library is a Premium feature, but the available game-specific reporting does not confirm which PS Plus tier is required for this trial or whether terms vary by region. Check the PlayStation Store listing for your account’s market closer to launch.
The PlayStation Store’s Canadian listing shows the PS5 release date as October 13, 2026, at 18:00 UTC. The listing confirms the PS5 version and date, but does not itself establish the trial terms.

When does Valor Mortis launch, and what platforms are confirmed?
The publisher’s September 30, 2026 announcement lists October 13, 2026, for PS5, Xbox Series S|X, and Steam. The Canadian PlayStation Store listing gives the PS5 release time as 18:00 UTC. An earlier June announcement named September 24, but the later publisher announcement and current store listing point to October 13 as the launch date.
