The company also reports receiving the final authorization for Red Mountain access-road work, ongoing water-treatment improvements at Premier, and more than CA$45.9 million received from warrant exercises. These are company-reported milestones and targets, not confirmation that production has resumed or that future schedules will be met. The update was issued October 5, 2026, in Cambria’s announcement.
When does Cambria plan to restart the Premier mill?
Cambria says the Premier mill operated as recently as 2025 and describes it as being in excellent condition. It plans to complete the upgrades needed to restart processing Premier material during 2027, then commission the mill at a stated capacity of 2,500 tonnes per day in Q4 2027. The company expects ramp-up to continue through 2028; the announcement does not say that commissioning or production has begun.
What work is planned at the mill?
The planned work includes a new primary jaw crusher and feeder, and reuse of an unused clarifier as a pre-leach thickener. Before Red Mountain material is introduced, Cambria says it will also need a fine-grinding mill and a second detox tank. The update distinguishes the Premier-material restart from the later integration of Red Mountain ore.
What is happening with the Red Mountain access road?
Cambria says it received the final Fisheries Act Authorization on September 21, 2026. The authorization allows in-stream work in Bitter Creek and reconstruction of portions of an older road washed out in a 2013 storm. The company reports that road construction is advancing toward Bromley Humps, which it places roughly 12 km from Highway 37A, and says it is working toward reaching the area by the end of 2026.

The road authorization is a construction milestone, not evidence that all permits for mine construction and operations are in place. Cambria says it is advancing engineering and environmental programs for a proposed haul-road permit application, while future permitting work will focus on major mine authorizations.
Has Cambria resolved the Premier water-treatment compliance issue?
No compliance result is reported in the October 5 update. Cambria says the water-treatment plant, built in 2024, has continually struggled to meet zinc discharge requirements. The company reports improved results during the two months before the announcement, but gives no numerical discharge data and does not state that compliance has been achieved.

What work does the company report?
After contractor-operated plant operations, Cambria says it brought operations in-house, engaged specialist water-treatment consultants, and made process and equipment changes. These included process-control improvements, upgraded pumps, valves and pipes, and a revised water balance. The company identifies water management and treatment as priority work at Premier.
What is planned at Premier and Red Mountain beyond the mill restart?
Premier–Northern Lights underground development
Cambria says work is under way on brow support, power, a ventilation bulkhead, water-management sumps and secondary egress at Premier–Northern Lights. It expects this infrastructure work to be completed by the end of 2026, enabling further development for stope access and platforms for infill drilling. The company says the work is using a newly purchased and commissioned fleet that includes load-haul-dump machines, a twin-boom face jumbo, a scissor deck and service vehicles; it did not identify equipment makes or models.

Silver Coin and Big Missouri
The company plans underground development at Silver Coin in spring 2027. Cambria says access may be developed from existing workings at Big Missouri, about 700 metres north, or from a new portal closer to the mineralized zones; it says the choice depends on permitting considerations. The company also reports that its Big Missouri remodelling identified potential for several small open pits, which it plans to evaluate in the feasibility study.
Combined feasibility study
Cambria targets completion of an updated feasibility study covering Premier and Red Mountain in the first half of 2027. It names SLR Advisors as the primary author, supported by other specialist qualified persons. According to the company, the study will incorporate Premier infill drilling, new metallurgical testing, mine-plan optimization and processing modifications for material from both projects. Cambria says no further infill drilling at the Red Mountain deposit was required. The October update does not provide the study’s findings.

What does the update say about permits and environmental work?
Cambria reports that it received the permits required for construction of the Red Mountain access road in 2026. Separately, it says baseline environmental studies took place during 2026 at both projects and that studies at Red Mountain are supporting an amendment to the existing Environmental Assessment Certificate to reflect the current design and development plan. Those activities do not establish that the major authorizations for mine construction and operation have been secured.
