Adobe described CX Enterprise Coworker as a way for marketers to orchestrate customer-experience work across Adobe applications and enterprise systems from ChatGPT. The key idea is continuity: Adobe says the Coworker can use business context from applications teams already work in and carry that context across sessions and workflow stages.
Adobe’s announcement named the stages as audience curation, journey design, asset creation, offer decisioning, and channel activation. Adobe says the system can retain context across workflow stages, so a marketer could move from investigating a journey to preparing an audience or finding relevant assets without treating each request as an isolated task. What Adobe said about Workfront and human review
Adobe said Workfront would integrate with OpenAI’s Agents API in October 2026, allowing enterprise customers to deploy ChatGPT agents as AI Collaborators inside Workfront. That was a planned schedule in the September 29 announcement, not confirmation that the integration is live.
Adobe said Workfront AI Collaborators could help with asset quality assurance, copywriting, and localization, with work routed back for human review and final approval. The company also described permissions, oversight, and an audit trail.
