POCO X7 Pro vs M8 Power 5G: Specs, Price and Differences

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

The POCO X7 Pro is the more defensible choice if you want documented performance, display, camera, and durability specifications. The M8 Power 5G may appeal if you prioritize a larger screen or battery, but the third-party specifications and prices available for it conflict and need confirmation against an official local listing. Compare matched configurations and current prices before deciding.

POCO X7 Pro vs POCO M8 Power 5G: key specifications

POCO’s global product page provides the primary specification reference for the X7 Pro. The M8 Power 5G details below come from third-party comparison listings, not an official POCO specification page located for this comparison. Treat those M8 figures as provisional.

Which phone is better for performance?

The X7 Pro is the better-supported performance pick: POCO identifies its chipset as the Dimensity 8400-Ultra and lists LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 storage. The M8 Power 5G’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 specification is reported by 91mobiles, but it is not confirmed by an official POCO listing in the available evidence. This supports a comparison of the published specifications, not a claim about independently measured day-to-day speed.

POCO also reports an AnTuTu v10 result of 1,704,330 from POCO Internal Labs. The product page does not state the year, says actual results may vary, and does not make this an independent test. It is not a like-for-like benchmark comparison with the M8 Power 5G.

How do the displays compare?

The X7 Pro’s listed screen is 6.67 inches, with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The M8 Power 5G listings suggest a larger display, but they disagree on size: 91mobiles says 6.83 inches, while Smartprix says 6.99 inches. Neither figure is confirmed here by an official POCO specification sheet, and the comparison sources do not establish the M8’s resolution. If screen size is a deciding factor, check the regional product page or box specification before purchase.

Battery, charging, cameras, and durability

Battery and charging

POCO lists a typical 6000mAh battery and 90W HyperCharge for the X7 Pro. Its page also reports 42 minutes to reach 100% in POCO Internal Labs; the year and detailed test conditions are not stated, and charging time can vary in use. Smartprix lists an 8000mAh battery for the M8 Power 5G, but the evidence does not establish that figure officially or provide a dependable comparison of charging speeds or endurance. Battery capacity alone does not determine real-world battery life.

Cameras and protection

POCO specifies a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and IP68 resistance for the X7 Pro. 91mobiles lists a 50MP primary camera and an 8MP front camera for the M8 Power 5G, but those details lack official confirmation here. Megapixel counts alone do not establish image quality, and the available M8 listing does not provide a verified basis for comparing stabilization or water and dust protection.

What is the price difference?

The available price snapshots do not support a reliable single price difference. The 91mobiles comparison has shown ₹23,999 for the X7 Pro against either ₹24,390 or ₹23,945 for the M8 Power 5G in different views. Smartprix lists ₹23,995 for the M8 Power 5G in one view and ₹26,865 in a configuration-specific comparison against an X7 Pro at ₹30,990. These are inconsistent third-party snapshots, not confirmed current prices or matched offers.

For an apples-to-apples comparison in India, check the same retailer on the same day and match RAM and storage. Record whether bank discounts, exchange offers, or other promotions are included; then subtract the two verified prices. The X7 Pro’s available RAM and storage variants can differ by region, so confirm the exact SKU as well.
