What the specification differences mean
The 16T lists the larger battery
The 16T’s listed typical capacity is 8000mAh, compared with 7000mAh for the compared Pro entry. That is a capacity comparison, not a measured battery-life result: actual endurance depends on use and other conditions. Both listings include charging figures, but wattage alone does not establish how long a phone takes to charge.
The Pro has higher listed camera resolutions
The Pro entry lists a 200MP main rear camera and a 50MP front camera; the 16T lists a 50MP wide-angle rear camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 16MP front camera. The Pro therefore has higher stated resolution for its main and selfie cameras, while the 16T listing specifically identifies optical image stabilization on its wide-angle camera. Megapixels and feature lists alone cannot determine which phone takes better photos.

The listed displays are closely matched
Both entries specify a 6.78-inch screen, 1272 × 2772 resolution, and refresh rates up to 144Hz. The manufacturer describes the Pro panel as AMOLED and the 16T panel as an AMOLED flexible screen. These specifications are similar on paper; they do not establish comparative brightness, color accuracy, or viewing experience.
Processor names are not a performance verdict
The comparison lists a Dimensity 7300 Max 5G in the Pro and a Dimensity 7400 Ultra 5G in the 16T. Without independent benchmarks or hands-on testing, those names alone do not establish which phone is faster in games or everyday use.

Memory, wireless, and protection need exact-variant checks
- Storage: The 16T comparison lists three configurations, while the Pro entry includes 256GB. Compare the same storage capacity when evaluating prices. The Pro’s virtual dynamic RAM is software-allocated and is not additional physical RAM.
- Wi-Fi: The Pro entry lists Wi-Fi 6, while the 16T lists Wi-Fi 5. Confirm the exact regional model if this difference matters for your network.
- Ingress protection: The compared Pro entry lists IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K; the 16T lists IP69. These are manufacturer-listed ratings, not a promise about a particular water or dust incident. Check the warranty terms for the exact variant.
Which one should you choose?
- Choose the 16T if its local price is lower and you value its higher listed typical battery capacity. Its published camera setup also specifies OIS on the wide-angle camera.
- Consider the Pro if you want the higher camera resolutions listed for the compared entry, Wi-Fi 6, or that particular Harry Potter Edition. The India comparison’s Pro identity is edition-specific; confirm the variant sold in your market.
- Compare both carefully if display specifications, processor branding, or water-resistance ratings are deciding factors. The listed specifications do not substitute for independent tests or confirmation of local model details.
Check before buying
- Open the local realme storefront or retailer listing and confirm the phone’s full model name and market. For the India comparison, note that the Pro is the Harry Potter Edition; the Singapore storefront uses the name realme 16 Pro 5G.
- Match RAM and storage configurations before comparing prices, and verify the current selling price and any applicable offer.
- Confirm network bands, warranty coverage, and the box contents with the seller for the exact SKU. The manufacturer’s listed package includes a charger, cable, SIM tool, protective case, and quick guide, but contents may differ by market or retailer.
