POCO X7 Pro vs iQOO Neo 10: key specifications
The figures below are manufacturer-published specifications, not independent test results. POCO’s linked specifications are for the global X7 Pro page; Xiaomi’s support FAQ separately identifies the India model’s battery capacity. Check the exact model and configuration offered by an India retailer before buying.

Which phone has the better display?
The Neo 10 has the larger panel: 6.78 inches compared with 6.67 inches on the X7 Pro. Both have 1.5K-class AMOLED resolution. iQOO advertises up to 144Hz, but qualifies that figure: its overview says the refresh rate takes effect in some supported game scenarios. It should not be read as a guarantee that every app or game runs at 144Hz. POCO lists up to 120Hz for the X7 Pro.

For the manufacturer’s qualification, see iQOO’s Neo 10 overview. Display figures alone do not establish which screen looks better in everyday use; brightness, calibration and viewing conditions also matter.
Performance: different chips, no winner from the names alone
The X7 Pro uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 8400-Ultra, while the Neo 10 uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. These are different platforms, but their names and specifications do not establish which phone delivers higher sustained performance, stays cooler in long gaming sessions, or performs better in a particular game. The manufacturer pages cited here do not provide a controlled head-to-head test.

If gaming or demanding workloads are your deciding factor, compare independent tests of the India models under similar conditions, including sustained frame rates and temperatures—not just a single benchmark score. The manufacturers’ processor specifications are listed by POCO and iQOO.
Battery and charging: account for the India X7 Pro variant
For an India-market comparison, the X7 Pro is listed by Xiaomi at 6550mAh typical and 6410mAh rated. Its global specifications page instead lists a 6000mAh typical battery and 90W charging. The Neo 10 India parameter page lists a 7000mAh typical battery and 120W charging.

Those capacities and charging ratings do not tell you how many hours either phone lasts or how quickly it charges in real use. The sources here do not establish comparable endurance or charging-test results. Actual runtime and charging can depend on workload, settings and conditions.
Camera comparison: megapixels do not settle image quality
Both phones list a 50MP main camera and an 8MP ultrawide camera on the rear. POCO specifies optical image stabilisation (OIS) for the X7 Pro’s main camera; the iQOO parameter page describes its main camera as a 50MP Sony portrait camera. For front cameras, POCO lists 20MP and iQOO lists 32MP.

The higher stated selfie resolution on the Neo 10 does not, by itself, prove better selfies. These specifications do not establish comparative image quality, processing, low-light results or video performance. Review sample photos and video from both phones before making the camera the deciding factor. Specifications: POCO and iQOO.

A reliable price gap requires a like-for-like comparison. The current India prices for the two phones were not established by the cited sources, and RAM or storage configurations may differ. Compare the same storage tier where possible, use the same retailer and check both listings on the same date.

- Choose the RAM and storage configurations you would actually buy; do not compare a base model with a higher-storage variant as if they were equivalent.
- Check both phones at the same retailer on the same day, and record the listed price and the exact model configuration.
- Separate the regular listing price from an effective price that depends on a bank discount, coupon, exchange offer or other condition.
- Include warranty and offer terms in the comparison. Recheck the listings before publishing or purchasing, because retail prices and promotions can change.
Without those checks, a precise price difference or value verdict would be misleading. A lower price may make one phone the better buy for your priorities, but the gap needs to be verified against equivalent India configurations.
Which one should you buy?
Choose by the features you will use and by evidence that answers your specific concern. The published specifications give a straightforward starting point, but do not settle sustained gaming performance, battery endurance, camera quality, software-update commitment, service availability or overall reliability.
- Consider the Neo 10 if you prefer a larger screen, want its manufacturer-stated 144Hz support in some games, or value its higher listed battery capacity and charging rating.
- Consider the X7 Pro if its particular configuration and verified price better suit your budget, or if OIS on the listed main camera is important to you.
- For either phone, check the exact India variant, warranty and retailer terms; use comparable independent gaming, battery or camera tests if those factors matter more than the headline specifications.
iQOO also rates the Neo 10 IP65 under IEC 60529 and says it was tested under controlled laboratory conditions. This is a manufacturer-stated rating, not a claim that the phone is waterproof; see iQOO’s overview for its wording.
