NanoReview’s figures compare Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 with Dimensity 7025, while 91mobiles reports separate, device-based scores for the Ultra variant. Treat the numbers as useful reference points—not a guaranteed prediction of which phone will feel faster.
For a buying decision, compare the actual handsets: their cooling, memory, battery, display, camera implementation, network bands, software support, price and availability in your region.
What the benchmark evidence says
The clearest apples-to-apples-looking dataset available here is NanoReview’s comparison of Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 and Dimensity 7025. It reports higher totals for Snapdragon in both AnTuTu 10 and Geekbench 6, but the page does not establish that these were results from a controlled test using otherwise identical phones. It also names Dimensity 7025, not Dimensity 7025 Ultra.
| Benchmark | Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 | Dimensity 7025 |
|---|---|---|
| AnTuTu 10 | 757,902 (NanoReview reported comparison) | 462,801 (NanoReview reported comparison) |
| Geekbench 6 single-core | 1,091 (NanoReview reported comparison) | 1,024 (NanoReview reported comparison) |
| Geekbench 6 multi-core | 3,085 (NanoReview reported comparison) | 2,472 (NanoReview reported comparison) |
These are aggregator figures, not results from a documented same-phone lab test. They suggest a larger lead for Snapdragon in the reported AnTuTu total and multi-core score than in single-core performance, but should not be treated as a precise prediction for every handset. See NanoReview’s comparison.

Dimensity 7025 Ultra has a separate dataset
91mobiles lists Dimensity 7025 Ultra scores of 486,435 in AnTuTu and 950 single-core / 2,276 multi-core in Geekbench 6, based on devices using the chip. These figures come from a different source and device-testing context than NanoReview’s Snapdragon comparison. Comparing them directly as if both chips had been tested under the same conditions would be misleading. See 91mobiles’ Dimensity 7025 Ultra listing.

Core names, clock speeds and process labels are only part of performance. A phone’s cooling system and power limits affect sustained workloads, while memory configuration and software affect everyday responsiveness. A smaller process number alone does not prove that a particular phone will last longer on a charge.
What Qualcomm’s performance claims mean
When it announced Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 on February 12, 2025, Qualcomm claimed 11% improved CPU performance, up to 29% better GPU performance and 12% power savings. The company attributes the CPU figure to Geekbench v6.2 single-core, the GPU figure to GFXBench Aztec Ruins, and the power figure to internal testing. These are Qualcomm’s claims, not independently verified results in a direct comparison with Dimensity 7025 Ultra. Qualcomm also cautions that battery life varies with the device, settings, usage and other features. Read Qualcomm’s announcement.

MediaTek’s Dimensity 7025 page reports 7% faster AnTuTu and 6% faster Geekbench single-core performance, but those comparisons are against a previous-generation Dimensity—not against Snapdragon 6 Gen 4. Neither vendor’s claims settle how two specific retail phones compare in sustained use.
What the numbers can—and cannot—tell you
Everyday responsiveness
The NanoReview Geekbench figures show a relatively small difference in single-core scores and a larger gap in multi-core scores. That can help frame expectations for CPU-heavy tasks, but it does not mean every app will open proportionally faster on a Snapdragon phone. Storage speed, memory capacity, background software and the phone’s thermal behavior also matter.

- Unlocked for GSM Carriers like T-Mobile and not compatible with Verizon, Sprint, and US Cellular. Dual SIM (nano-SIM + eSIM) both 5G enabled
- Android 15 (Software updates until 2033)
- 6.31" inch, Full HD LTPO P-OLED, 1116x2484 resolution, 431ppi, Gorilla Glass 7i
- 10-120 Hz refresh rate, 240 Hz touch screen sample rate
- 256GB UFS3.1 storage, microSD up to 2TB external storage capacity, 8GB LPDDR5 RAM
Gaming and sustained performance
GPU model names and benchmark totals do not reveal the settings, frame rates or stability a particular game will achieve on a retail device. Game optimization, resolution, cooling and power limits can all change the experience. Look for tests of the exact handset and game you care about rather than inferring sustained gaming performance from a chip-level comparison.
Battery life and heat
Neither a process label nor a vendor power-saving claim is a substitute for battery testing on the phone itself. Battery capacity, display efficiency, radio use, software and thermal tuning all influence endurance and heat. Choose based on independent testing of the specific handset where available.

How to choose between phones using these chips
- Compare exact models and regional variants. Confirm the processor in the model sold in your market; names and configurations can vary by region.
- Check the memory and cooling configuration. More memory can help with multitasking, while cooling and power tuning affect long gaming or demanding workloads.
- Evaluate the rest of the phone. Compare screen quality and refresh rate, camera hardware and processing, battery capacity, charging, network bands and Wi-Fi support.
- Check software support and local value. Compare the manufacturer’s update policy, current local price, warranty and availability rather than assuming one chip determines overall value.
- Use handset-level reviews for the workloads that matter to you. Seek tests of the exact phone for gaming, sustained performance, battery life, camera quality and reception.
POCO M7 Pro is one example listed by 91mobiles as using Dimensity 7025 Ultra. Verify the exact regional variant and current listing before relying on that identification; the processor listing alone does not establish its present availability or value.
Verdict
On the available NanoReview comparison, Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 leads the Dimensity 7025 in reported AnTuTu 10 and Geekbench 6 scores. But that is not a controlled Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 versus Dimensity 7025 Ultra result. The Ultra’s separate 91mobiles numbers cannot be combined with NanoReview’s figures to claim a definitive head-to-head winner. If performance is the deciding factor, compare independent tests of the actual phones; otherwise, choose the handset with the better overall fit for your budget, battery, display, camera, connectivity and software needs.
