1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFor an insurance agency, the best auto dialer depends on team size, campaign pace, CRM workflow, and the controls your calls require—not on an “AI” label alone. Eight services appear below as a practical shortlist, not a hands-on ranking: the available comparisons are vendor-published, and they do not establish an independently tested top eight or current feature and pricing details for every product.
What an auto dialer does—and what “AI-powered” may mean
An auto dialer initiates outbound calls from a contact list and connects answered calls to agents or, in some workflows, plays a recorded message. The term covers several distinct dialing modes. AI features such as transcription, coaching, or call summaries are separate capabilities; check whether they are available in the plan you are considering rather than assuming every dialer includes them.
CloudTalk’s September 17, 2026 comparison says it assessed more than 30 platforms using criteria that included dialing modes, CRM and policy-system integrations, compliance controls, pricing, features, reviews, and scalability. That is CloudTalk’s methodology claim, not an independent test result for the eight services here. MightyCall published a separate comparison on August 20, 2026. The two sources name overlapping but not identical products.
Eight services to shortlist
The table identifies what the cited comparisons establish about each service; it does not assign scores or claim that the products have been tested head to head. For products with little detail in those comparisons, treat inclusion as a prompt for vendor verification, not an endorsement of specific capabilities.

Choose a dialing mode that fits the team and campaign
Five9 and RingCentral describe overlapping modes, but vendors may implement and label features differently. Ask for a demonstration using your intended campaign and agent workflow.
Predictive dialing
A predictive dialer estimates when agents will be available and can place calls before an agent is free, routing answered calls to a representative. It is intended for higher-volume operations, but faster pacing can create abandoned calls if the system reaches people before agents are ready. Five9 says its predictive mode is best when more than 10 agents are active; this is Five9’s guidance, not a universal threshold or legal standard.

- How it Fits: On-ear compact design may feel snug initially—adjust properly and wear 30-60 minutes daily for the first week. Optimal comfort achieved after 1-2 weeks as ear cups conform to your ears. Take 10-minute breaks during extended use.
- Wired computer headset with foldable design; ideal for calls, meetings, online learning, and more. Compact headset measures 6.1" W x 7.2" H with 2.8" ear cups and 4.4" boom mic. Ideal fit for small to medium head sizes
- Flexible, adjustable boom mic can be positioned at any angle; unidirectional mic reduces the background noise to ensure crisp, bright conversations (Provided that your conversation is under the correct direction of the microphone)
- 32mm speaker drivers offer an immersive listening experience with clear sound quality
- One-touch mute/unmute with intuitive in-line control box; Using microphone, slide the button upward to unmute and enabled audio settings in your device. For USB connection, ensure the 3.5mm jack (4-pin) is fully inserted into the USB adapter. For direct 3.5mm connection, first remove the USB adapter from your device
Progressive dialing
Progressive dialing starts another call as an agent becomes available, rather than getting as far ahead of agent availability as predictive dialing may. Five9 describes its pacing as adaptive and says this mode is appropriate for fewer than 10 active agents. Treat that agent-count guidance as vendor advice, not a rule that applies to every campaign.
Power dialing
Power dialing places a configured number of calls for each available agent. Five9 says its power mode can adjust based on abandon rates. Ask how the pacing is set, what thresholds trigger changes, and what supervisors can monitor.

- Digital Stereo Sound: Fine-tuned drivers provide enhanced digital audio for calls, meetings, music, and more
- Rotating Noise-Canceling Mic: Minimizes unwanted background noise for clear conversations; the rotating boom arm can be tucked out of the way when not in use
- Handy Inline Controls: Simple inline controls on the headset cable let you adjust the volume or mute calls without disruption

- Padded Comfort: Comfortable USB C headphones with adjustable headband feature swivel-mounted, leatherette ear cushions for hours of comfort
Preview dialing
Preview mode shows an agent the contact record and history before the agent starts the call. That preparation can suit interactions where context matters more than maximizing call attempts per hour. Both Five9 and RingCentral describe this workflow.
Voice broadcast and manual-touch dialing
RingCentral describes voice broadcast as dialing multiple numbers and playing a recorded message after connection, sometimes with a route to an IVR, virtual agent, or live representative. This is different from an agent-focused sales dialer. Five9’s manual-touch mode disables automated dialing so the agent chooses whether to dial or skip a contact.

Compare vendors against your actual requirements
Before scheduling demos, write down the requirements your team must meet. A vendor’s feature list or a comparison-page ranking does not establish that its system is configured appropriately for your operation.
- Team and campaign: Estimate active agents, call volume, campaign types, and whether agents also handle service work. Ask vendors to demonstrate the mode and pacing that match those conditions.
- Systems and records: Confirm integration with your CRM and any policy system, which fields sync, and how calls, dispositions, and follow-ups are logged.
- Configurable controls: Check how the system handles suppression lists, consent records, calling hours and time zones, recording, retention, caller identification, and supervisory review. Ask to see how settings and changes can be audited.
- Call intelligence: If transcription, coaching, or summaries matter, verify which features are included in the quoted plan and how they fit your agents’ workflow.
- Commercial terms and deployment: Request written details on seat minimums, billing, contract duration, add-ons, implementation, and support. Compare the total cost and operational work, not just a starting price.
Pricing figures are comparison-page reports, not quotes
CloudTalk’s September 17, 2026 comparison reports the figures below. They are publisher-reported amounts, not prices confirmed by a current vendor quote; plans, billing terms, geography, and included features can affect the amount you pay.

Compliance needs campaign-specific review
TCPA and DNC controls, consent logging, recording, and time-zone restrictions are relevant evaluation areas, but a vendor’s feature description or certification does not establish that a particular campaign is lawful. Requirements can depend on the campaign, lead source, dialing mode, consent records, caller identification, recording practices, and jurisdictions involved.
Map those details to the rules that apply to your calls and obtain qualified compliance review where needed. Ask vendors to demonstrate how your team can configure and audit suppression, consent, calling hours, recording and retention, and agent actions. Five9 says its Certified Caller (STIR/SHAKEN) capability validates call handoffs between networks and allows carriers to verify that a call is from the indicated caller ID. That description does not guarantee answer rates or full legal compliance.
