There is no evidence-backed universal “best 15” ranking for Angular templates. The products surfaced for this guide come from several different ecosystems and serve different needs: public-facing websites, SaaS starters, dashboards, and component libraries. Choose by project fit, Angular version, included scope, and license—not by a list position or screenshot alone.
Here, “template” means a reusable or purchasable starter product. In Angular terminology, a component template is the HTML that defines the DOM rendered by that component; see Angular’s template guide.

How to choose an Angular template or UI kit
Start with the kind of interface you are building. A dashboard-oriented kit is not automatically a good marketing site, and a component library is not the same thing as a complete website starter. Then check the product listing, documentation, and live demo for the details that determine whether it will save work or create migration and restyling work.

|---|---|---|
| Use case | Marketing or business site, SaaS/product site, e-commerce storefront, or admin dashboard | The page structure and interactions differ substantially by project. |
| Framework compatibility | Angular rather than AngularJS, stated Angular major version, and any documented standalone or module requirements | A mismatch can mean migration work or incompatibility; old Angular versions should not be treated as current support. |
| Styling and component stack | Angular Material, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, PrimeNG, or vendor-specific components | The stack affects dependencies, customization, and how much of the design can be reused. |
| Included scope | Pages, dashboard applications, reusable components, UI blocks, responsive layouts, demo data, documentation, and source files | A small UI kit and a full starter are different purchases, even when both are called templates. |
| Maintenance | Last update, changelog, and explicitly supported Angular versions | Framework releases move quickly; a version claim and update date are more useful than a generic “Angular” label. |
| License and support | Personal, commercial, and client-work rights; seats; redistribution; updates; support | Terms vary by vendor and product, and can affect both deployment and team use. |
| Evidence | Live demo, documentation, code or sample access, and whether product claims are vendor-stated | Marketing screenshots alone do not establish implementation quality or fit. |
Angular template and UI-kit ecosystems to shortlist
The following are product ecosystems and surfaced examples—not a validated ranking of 15 individual products. The available listings do not establish comparative performance, accessibility, support quality, or developer productivity, so treat vendor claims as claims and evaluate a specific product before adopting it.
#1 Best Overall
ThemeForest / Envato: broad marketplace selection
ThemeForest’s Angular website-template search displayed 794 results when viewed on October 7, 2026, including category counts of 687 site templates and 302 admin templates. The categories can overlap, and marketplace counts change; these are interface counts, not an independent measure of the market.
Examples surfaced in the marketplace included MaterialPro Angular 21, NobleUI Angular 21, and Megn, described as an Angular/Tailwind SaaS template. Those are starting points for checking current listings, not recommendations based on hands-on review. Confirm the live product page’s Angular version, latest update, exact inclusions, dependencies, demo, documentation, license, and price before deciding.
Angular Material Blocks: Material and Tailwind-based website templates
Angular Material Blocks presents website templates built with Angular Material and Tailwind CSS, with previews and detail pages; its collection also includes dashboard-oriented examples. Review the selected template’s own page and live preview to determine whether it is a full fit for your site or chiefly a set of interface blocks. Check the applicable terms on its license page before use.

PrimeNG and PrimeTek: distinguish the library from the template
PrimeNG is an Angular component-library and theming ecosystem, while PrimeTek also offers UI blocks and templates. The surfaced Genesis product page describes a multipurpose Angular website template. Do not assume that a component library, a free starter, and a paid template include the same assets or rights; verify the chosen product’s version-specific license and terms.
Creative Tim: check the particular Angular product
Creative Tim offers UI kits, templates, and dashboards for multiple frameworks, including Angular. Its Angular bundle information discusses product and license distinctions, but a bundle page does not by itself establish that every listed Angular item is current. Identify the individual product, check its Angular compatibility and update history, and read the terms for that product before shortlisting it.

- Choose the deliverable. Decide whether you need a public website, SaaS/product starter, storefront, dashboard, or reusable components. Filter out products whose demos and included pages do not match that use.
- Confirm framework identity and version. Check that the code is for Angular, not AngularJS, and record the stated Angular major and the vendor’s last-update date. If either is old or absent, treat compatibility as unconfirmed rather than assuming it works with a current project.
- Inspect the demo and documentation. Compare the advertised pages and components with the live preview and documentation. Check responsive behavior, interaction coverage, sample data, source files, and setup instructions.
- Check the stack and dependencies. Note whether it relies on Material, Bootstrap, Tailwind, PrimeNG, or proprietary components, then compare that with the project’s existing stack and desired customization path.
- Read the license and support terms. Verify commercial and client-work permission, team or seat limits, redistribution restrictions, update access, and what support is included. Do not infer rights from a product being downloadable or from another product by the same vendor.
- Compare the current offer. Marketplace prices, listings, and update dates can change. Use the live product page for the current price and included package rather than relying on search snippets or older summaries.
Why this is a shortlist, not a definitive top 15
The surfaced catalog and vendor pages provide useful product claims, version signals, categories, and licensing entry points, but they do not provide a consistent, independent comparison of 15 products. Nor is there an independent benchmark here for performance, accessibility, support quality, or developer productivity. A meaningful ranked list would require evaluating each individual product against the same criteria, including its live demo, documentation, compatibility, and license.
For additional Angular learning before customizing a starter, the publisher page for Modern Angular by Armen Vardanyan describes coverage that includes signals and server-side rendering; it lists the book as published by Manning on February 18, 2025. It is supplemental learning, not a template recommendation. See the Simon & Schuster publisher page for the book details.
