The best shared inbox tools in 2026 are Drag for Gmail-native collaboration, Missive for cross-provider team communication, and Help Scout or Freshdesk for structured customer support. The right choice depends on your email provider, team size, channels, workflow complexity, and whether AI is priced per seat, credit, conversation, or outcome.
A shared inbox gives a team one workspace for addresses such as support@, sales@, billing@, or info@. Unlike a basic shared mailbox, dedicated software can add assignment, internal notes, collision detection, shared drafts, automation, templates, reporting, ticketing, and multichannel support.
Key takeaways
- Drag is the strongest Gmail-native choice for teams that want shared inboxes, board views, automation, and AI on higher plans.
- Missive is the best fit for conversational collaboration across email providers, SMS, and social channels.
- Hiver connects Gmail- or Outlook-based workflows to help-desk features, while Front is better suited to larger teams with complex routing and multiple channels.
- Freshdesk and Zendesk are structured help desks rather than simple collaborative email tools; they are stronger when formal ticketing, SLAs, portals, and escalation matter.
- AI can change the real monthly cost because vendors may charge per seat, credit, conversation, resolution, outcome, or add-on.
Quick comparison of the 10 best shared inbox tools to help manage team emails
The table uses pricing signals observed on official vendor pages during the August 18, 2026 research pass. Prices are generally shown in U.S. dollars with annual billing where the vendor presented that option; prices, limits, currencies, and included features can change.
| Tool | Best for | Platform model | Starting price signal | AI pricing or availability | Channels | Main drawback |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Drag | Gmail teams wanting collaboration and AI | Gmail-native and web | $12/user/month annually | Included in Plus and Pro; programmatic operations use credits | Email; WhatsApp and additional channels on Pro | Best fit is Google Workspace |

What is a shared inbox?
A shared inbox is a collaborative workspace where multiple people receive, assign, discuss, and answer messages sent to a common address. A useful shared inbox normally includes individual ownership, internal comments, shared drafts, collision detection, statuses, tags, views, rules, templates, search, and workload or response-time reporting.
#1 Best Overall
Shared inbox software solves the coordination problems that appear when a team treats one ordinary email account as a queue. Two employees can reply to the same customer, nobody may know who owns a message, important mail can disappear among unread messages, and forwarding or CC chains can hide the actual decision history.
What is the difference between a shared inbox and a shared mailbox?
A shared mailbox is usually an email account or mailbox delegated to several users. A shared inbox adds a collaboration layer around that mailbox, including assignment, internal notes, collision prevention, automation, reporting, and sometimes ticketing or other channels.
Google Groups Collaborative Inbox and Microsoft 365 shared mailboxes may be sufficient for basic, low-volume workflows. Native options are commonly free or bundled with an existing Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 subscription, but they are not automatically equivalent to commercial shared-inbox platforms in automation, analytics, administration, or AI. Drag’s comparison of shared inbox options explains the distinction and the limitations of native approaches.
| Need | Native shared mailbox or group | Dedicated shared inbox | Full help desk |
|---|---|---|---|
| Common email address | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Individual assignment | Limited or basic | Yes | Yes |
| Internal notes and @mentions | Limited | Usually yes | Yes |
| Collision detection | Often limited | Usually yes | Usually yes |
| Formal ticket statuses | Rare | Sometimes | Yes |
| Customer portal and knowledge base | Rare | Varies | Common |
| Complex SLAs and escalation | Limited | Varies | Strong |
| Setup effort | Low | Low to medium | Medium to high |
How do shared inboxes help teams manage email?
Shared inboxes replace an unstructured group email process with visible ownership and repeatable workflow. A team can assign a message to one person, leave an internal note without emailing the customer, save a draft for review, mark a conversation pending, and use rules or round-robin assignment to distribute work.
That structure addresses several common failures:
- Duplicate replies: collision detection and ownership show when another teammate is working on a conversation.
- Unclear responsibility: assignment makes one person accountable while keeping the conversation visible to the team.
- Buried messages: statuses, tags, views, and search separate actionable work from resolved or waiting conversations.
- Inconsistent answers: templates, shared drafts, approval workflows, and internal comments support more consistent replies.
- No performance data: reporting can expose response times, queue size, and workload.
- Security problems: individual accounts and role-based access are safer to manage than a password shared by several employees.
How were these shared inbox tools selected?
The comparison weighs assignment and collision prevention, internal collaboration, automation, Gmail or Outlook compatibility, support features, reporting, administration, and total cost. The ranking is an editorial fit assessment based on documented features, platform positioning, and current pricing, not a claim of hands-on testing.
The list intentionally combines four categories: Gmail-native tools such as Drag and Gmelius; standalone collaborative inboxes such as Missive and Front; lightweight help desks such as Help Scout and Freshdesk; and enterprise or AI-first platforms such as Zendesk and Intercom. These products overlap, but they do not offer the same user experience, migration effort, or operational depth.
Which shared inbox tool is best for your team?
1. Drag — best Gmail-native shared inbox with higher-tier AI
Best for: Google Workspace teams that want shared inboxes, board-style workspaces, assignments, tasks, automation, and AI without adopting a conventional help desk.
Free tools Windows power users keep installed
One-click scans. No signup required.
Verdict: Drag is the strongest overall choice for a Gmail-centered team that wants collaborative email to look more like a work queue or board. Drag supports shared inboxes, shared drafts, assignments, @mentions, notes, subtasks, collision detection, workspaces, board views, and automation rules.
Drag lists AI assistants, summaries, classification, and knowledge features on Plus and Pro. Drag’s pricing page shows Starter at $12/user/month, Plus at $18/user/month, and Pro at $24/user/month when billed annually; Drag states that the prices were verified in July 2026 and may change. AI is included in Plus and Pro, while programmatic API, MCP, or agent operations use credits that Drag describes as free during early access. See the current Drag pricing and feature matrix before purchase.
Platform: Drag is primarily attractive to Gmail and Google Workspace teams. WhatsApp and additional channels are listed on Pro, so buyers should confirm that each required channel and integration is included in the selected plan.
Skip Drag if: Your organization needs a mature omnichannel contact center, extensive telephony, or a deeply established enterprise help-desk ecosystem.
Consider instead: Hiver for a Gmail- or Outlook-connected help-desk workflow, or Front for complex multichannel routing.
2. Missive — best conversational collaboration across providers
Best for: Small and medium-sized teams that want email, team chat, tasks, SMS, and social accounts in one conversation-oriented workspace.
Verdict: Missive is the best choice when teammates need to discuss a customer conversation together rather than simply move tickets through formal statuses. Missive provides team spaces, shared inboxes, conversations, tasks, rules, automations, web, desktop, and mobile applications.
Missive’s pricing page shows Starter at $14/user/month, Productive at $24, and Business at $36 when billed yearly. Missive offers a 30-day trial without a credit card. Rules and automations, integrations, API access, analytics, SAML SSO, and IP restrictions are concentrated in higher tiers; consult the current Missive pricing and plan limits.
Missive can work well for teams using more than one email provider because the product is standalone rather than tied exclusively to Gmail. Coworkers do not automatically see personal emails; access can be granted selectively.
Skip Missive if: You need strict SLA hierarchies, customer portals, highly structured ticketing, or large-enterprise support governance.

3. Hiver — best Gmail- or Outlook-connected help desk
Best for: Teams that want to stay close to Gmail or Outlook while adding assignments, ticketing, automation, analytics, and AI.
Quick wins for a faster PC:
Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Verdict: Hiver is a strong middle ground between an ordinary shared mailbox and a standalone help desk. Hiver supports shared inbox and ticketing workflows, internal collaboration, ownership, AI agents, and AI Copilot. Hiver’s product family also covers email, chat, Slack, voice, help centers, and customer portals.
Hiver’s Omni pricing page shows Growth at $25/user/month with annual billing or $35 monthly. The product family has different variants, so buyers must distinguish Hiver in Gmail from Hiver Omni, the dedicated omnichannel platform. Check the Hiver Omni pricing and included features for the exact channels and reporting needed.
Platform: Hiver supports Gmail and Microsoft sign-in. The connected experience can reduce adoption friction, but advanced channels and analytics may require higher tiers or a different product variant.
Skip Hiver if: You need a deeply customizable, provider-neutral contact center with extensive enterprise telephony and governance.

Consider instead: Drag for lighter Gmail-native collaboration or Zendesk for mature structured support operations.
4. Front — best for complex routing and multichannel operations
Best for: Larger support, operations, sales, and account-management teams coordinating high volumes across multiple channels.
Verdict: Front is the strongest option in this list when routing complexity, multiple workspaces, detailed analytics, and enterprise administration matter more than a low seat price. Front supports shared inboxes, assignments, tags, internal comments, shared drafts, views, scheduling, snoozing, automation rules, macros, knowledge bases, and analytics.
Depending on the plan, Front can connect email, SMS, social, WhatsApp, chat, Slack, and voice. Front’s Starter plan is single-channel, while omnichannel capabilities begin on higher plans. The Front pricing page shows Starter at $25/seat/month, Professional at $65, and Enterprise at $105 with annual billing. Starter is shown as limited to 10 seats.

Enterprise includes several AI capabilities. These add-ons can materially change total cost.
Skip Front if: A three-person team only needs assignment, notes, and one low-volume support address.
Consider instead: Missive for conversational teamwork or Help Scout for a simpler support experience.
5. Help Scout — best simple customer-support inbox
Best for: Small customer-support teams that want a clean shared inbox, customer context, saved replies, basic automation, and a relatively gentle learning curve.
Verdict: Help Scout is a practical choice when customer support is primarily email-based and the team values quick adoption over deep enterprise configuration. Help Scout supports multiple inboxes, tags, saved replies, basic workflows, SLA policies, knowledge bases, live chat, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger.
Help Scout’s pricing page shows Standard at $25/user/month. The Standard comparison includes multiple inboxes, basic SLA capability, workflows, and an AI Inbox assistant, while AI Answers and other capabilities may depend on plan or usage terms. Review the current Help Scout pricing and plan comparison before estimating cost.
Help Scout also documents light-user access on qualifying plans, which can reduce licensing costs for occasional collaborators who need to comment or assist without operating as full-time agents.

6. Freshdesk — best value-oriented structured help desk
Best for: Teams moving beyond a basic shared inbox and needing ticketing, prioritization, customer portals, assignment, and escalation features.
Verdict: Freshdesk is a better fit than a lightweight collaborative inbox when the team needs a recognizable help-desk process. Freshdesk provides ticketing, shared inbox functionality, intelligent prioritization, assignment and tracking, internal threads, tasks, customer portals, and AI-powered service capabilities.
Freshdesk’s official pricing page shows Growth at $19/agent/month, Pro at $55, and Enterprise at $89 with annual billing. The Freshdesk pricing page should be checked for current channel, AI, automation, and usage inclusions.
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
Freshdesk introduces more process and administration than a Gmail-native inbox. That overhead is useful for formal queues, but it can feel unnecessarily ticket-centric to teams that prefer relationship-oriented email conversations.
Skip Freshdesk if: You only need a shared address, ownership, internal notes, and basic visibility.
Consider instead: Drag, Missive, or Help Scout for a lighter workflow.
7. Gmelius — best Gmail-native automation and collaboration option
Best for: Google Workspace teams wanting shared inboxes, shared Gmail labels, rules, auto-assignment, templates, analytics, and CRM integrations while remaining close to Gmail.
Verdict: Gmelius is a strong Gmail-native alternative to Drag for teams that prioritize shared labels, automation rules, assignments, team read statuses, collision detection, email notes, @mentions, and analytics.
Gmelius lists unlimited shared inboxes on Growth and Pro. Its pricing page shows Meli at $19/user/month, Growth at $25, and Pro at $40 when billed annually; Enterprise is custom and states a 50-user minimum. Growth and Pro concentrate advanced automation, SLA and email analytics, CRM integrations, webhooks, custom permissions, and higher usage caps. See the current Gmelius plan details.
Skip Gmelius if: Your team is Microsoft-centric or needs a broad standalone omnichannel support desk.
Consider instead: Hiver for Gmail- or Outlook-connected support, or Missive for provider-flexible collaboration.

8. Zendesk — best for mature, scalable support operations
Best for: Growing or large support organizations needing structured ticketing, routing, analytics, automations, AI, and omnichannel capabilities.
Verdict: Zendesk is justified when support operations have outgrown informal shared email and require formal queues, reporting, escalation, customer context, and administration. Zendesk supports email and ticketing, ticket routing, analytics dashboards, prewritten responses, automations, triggers, knowledge-base features, AI agents, messaging, live chat, and telephony on relevant Suite plans.
Zendesk’s pricing page shows Support Team at $19/agent/month and Suite Team at $55/agent/month with annual billing. Zendesk explicitly positions Support Team for teams that have outgrown a shared inbox; Suite Team adds omnichannel support, AI agents, messaging, live chat, and telephony. Compare the current Zendesk support and Suite plans.
The low Support Team price should not be mistaken for a lightweight shared inbox. Zendesk Support Team is structured ticketing, and higher plans can become expensive as seats, channels, AI, and usage increase.

9. Intercom — best AI-first customer communication platform
Best for: SaaS, ecommerce, and digitally native companies combining email support with in-app messaging, live chat, outbound engagement, help-center content, and AI resolution.
Verdict: Intercom is more than a shared inbox: it combines customer communication, Messenger, help-center content, reporting, ticketing, and Fin AI Agent capabilities. Intercom is especially compelling when in-app messaging and proactive engagement matter as much as email.
Intercom’s Essential plan starts at $29/seat/month, while Fin is listed from $0.99 per outcome. Copilot is an optional add-on listed at $29/agent/month annually or $35 monthly. Because Fin uses outcome-based pricing, the current Intercom pricing page should be used to model expected conversation volume rather than comparing seat prices alone.
Skip Intercom if: You operate a traditional business that only needs an email-only team inbox for addresses such as billing@ or info@.
Consider instead: Help Scout for human-centered email support or Zoho TeamInbox for straightforward shared email.
10. Zoho TeamInbox — best budget-oriented option for straightforward shared email
Best for: Small teams that need shared incoming channels, rules, assignments, tags, internal discussions, shared drafts, and Zoho ecosystem compatibility.

Zoho’s official page advertises a 14-day free trial and lists Starter features and limits, but the price was not exposed in the retrieved page text. Do not infer a current price from third-party comparisons; verify regional currency, billing term, seats, channels, and limits on the official Zoho TeamInbox pricing page.
Skip Zoho TeamInbox if: You need advanced omnichannel support, sophisticated AI, or broad enterprise contact-center capabilities.
Consider instead: Freshdesk for formal ticketing or Intercom for AI-first digital customer communication.
When is a shared inbox enough?
A shared inbox is usually enough when most work arrives by email, the team needs assignment and visibility more than complex ticketing, conversations are relationship-oriented, the queue is small or medium-sized, and basic automation and reporting meet operational requirements.
A collaborative inbox is a sensible starting point for support, sales inquiries, billing and accounts payable, recruiting and HR, IT requests, vendor management, property management, professional services, executive support, and operations teams handling requests for several departments.
A shared inbox is particularly appropriate when the company does not require a customer portal, extensive SLA hierarchies, advanced telephony, or a large collection of channels. A small team should not buy a full contact-center platform simply because the platform has more features.
When should you buy a help desk instead?
Buy a help desk when the team needs formal ticket statuses and queues, multi-level SLAs, escalation policies, customer portals, knowledge bases, many channels, advanced analytics, detailed auditability, role-based permissions, large agent teams, or complex automations and integrations.
| Requirement | Shared inbox | Help desk | Better fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Assignment and ownership | Strong | Strong | Either |
| Internal notes and collaboration | Strong | Strong | Either |
| Formal ticket statuses | Sometimes | Standard | Help desk |
| Customer portal | Rare | Common | Help desk |
| Complex SLA hierarchy | Limited | Strong | Help desk |
| Multichannel support | Varies | Usually stronger | Depends on channels |
| Setup and administration | Lower | Higher | Shared inbox for simple workflows |
| Best use case | Collaborative email work | Structured support operations | Match the workflow |
Zendesk’s Support Team plan is a useful example of the boundary: Zendesk positions the $19/agent/month plan for teams that have outgrown a shared inbox, while the $55/agent/month Suite Team plan adds broader omnichannel and AI capabilities. A help desk can be stronger without being better for every team because ticket terminology, configuration, and administration also create overhead.

How does Gmail or Outlook compatibility affect the choice?
Email-provider compatibility is one of the most important buying criteria because Gmail-native software and standalone help desks create different migration and day-to-day experiences.
| Workflow preference | Shortlist | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Work inside Gmail or Google Workspace | Drag, Gmelius, Hiver | Label sync, aliases, mobile behavior, permissions, and whether mail remains in Gmail |
| Connect to Gmail or Outlook | Hiver | Differences between Hiver in Gmail and Hiver Omni |
| Use multiple providers | Missive or standalone help desks | Provider connections, sender identity, search, and migration |
| Move into a dedicated support application | Front, Help Scout, Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom, Zoho TeamInbox | Import, forwarding, authentication, mobile apps, and team adoption |
“Gmail-native” does not mean that every Gmail feature behaves identically inside a third-party product. Before choosing a Gmail-connected tool, verify whether mail remains in Gmail, whether labels synchronize in both directions, whether replies use the original address, whether aliases and groups work, how archived or deleted messages behave, and whether mobile workflows match desktop workflows.
How much does AI add to shared inbox software?
AI can be included in the seat price, limited to a higher tier, sold as an add-on, or charged according to credits, conversations, resolutions, outcomes, agent actions, or API operations. A $25 seat price is therefore not a reliable estimate of the monthly cost for an AI-heavy support team.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches| Vendor | AI pricing signal | Cost-model question |
|---|---|---|
| Drag | AI features included in Plus and Pro; programmatic API, MCP, and agent operations use credits, currently described as free during early access | What happens when early access ends, and how many operations are included? |
| Front | Copilot $20/seat/month; Smart QA $20; Smart CSAT $10; Autopilot from $0.05/conversation | Which add-ons are needed, and how many conversations qualify? |
| Intercom | Fin from $0.99/outcome; Copilot is an optional add-on | What counts as an outcome at the expected resolution volume? |
| Help Scout | AI Inbox assistant shown in Standard; AI Answers and other capabilities may depend on plan or usage | Are AI answers, limits, and overages included in the selected plan? |
| Other vendors | AI availability varies by product and tier | Is AI drafting being compared with autonomous resolution or QA? |
For example, a five-person team handling 1,000 AI-eligible conversations each month should calculate seat fees plus the vendor’s applicable resolution, outcome, conversation, credit, or add-on charge. Comparing only $25/user/month with $29/user/month can produce the wrong result because the two vendors may meter completely different events.
Also distinguish AI capabilities. Draft assistance, summarization, classification, suggested replies, knowledge retrieval, autonomous resolution, quality assurance, and agents that take actions are not equivalent features.
How should you choose a shared inbox tool?
- List every address and channel. Write down support, sales, billing, returns, partnerships, VIP, HR, or IT addresses. Count email, chat, SMS, WhatsApp, social, voice, and in-app messaging separately.
- Measure the workflow, not just the mailbox. Record monthly conversation volume, response-time targets, number of agents, approval steps, escalation paths, and the number of people who need full or light access.
- Choose the platform model. Select Gmail-native software when staying in Gmail is a priority; select a standalone product when provider flexibility, multichannel work, or a dedicated support application matters.
- Define the minimum collaboration layer. Assignment, collision detection, internal notes, shared drafts, statuses, tags, snoozing, templates, search, and conversation history are the minimum practical checklist for most teams.
- Decide whether ticketing is necessary. Choose a help desk if you need formal statuses, customer portals, complex SLAs, escalation, knowledge bases, or advanced reporting.
- Model AI usage separately. Identify whether the selected plan includes AI and whether additional charges are per seat, credit, conversation, resolution, outcome, API operation, or add-on.
- Check administration and sensitive-data controls. For finance, HR, or IT, verify role-based access, SSO, audit trails, retention, data-processing terms, contractor access, attachment handling, and geographic restrictions.
- Run a migration and reply test. Test historical imports, sender identity, aliases, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, forwarding delays, signatures, attachments, tags, statuses, and auto-forwarding loops before committing.
What should finance, HR, and IT teams check?
Finance and HR inboxes can contain payroll, tax, payment, health, or other sensitive personal information. IT inboxes can contain credentials, device details, and access requests. A team should not assume that every shared inbox is suitable for confidential workflows merely because the product offers assignments and internal notes.
Check role-based permissions, SSO, audit logs, data-processing terms, retention controls, contractor and guest access, attachment handling, and geographic data-processing restrictions. Verify security and compliance claims in vendor documentation or contractual terms rather than relying on a general marketing label such as “enterprise-ready.”

- Sharing one password: Several employees using one Gmail password complicates offboarding, account recovery, auditing, and security. Use delegated access, a shared mailbox, or dedicated software with individual accounts.
- Buying by feature count: A long list of channels and AI functions does not compensate for poor adoption, confusing ownership, or unreliable search.
- Ignoring plan boundaries: Front Starter is shown as limited to 10 seats, while Gmelius Enterprise states a 50-user minimum. Minimums can change the recommendation for both small and large teams.
- Paying for unused channels: An email-only team may not benefit from paying for voice, WhatsApp, chat, or social features.
- Overlooking multiple-inbox charges: Verify whether the vendor charges by seat, inbox, channel, workspace, or connected account.
- Confusing internal and external messages: Internal notes, comments, and drafts should be visually distinct from customer-facing replies to reduce accidental disclosures.
- Choosing a lightweight tool twice: Several thousand monthly conversations, strict response commitments, multiple languages, and multiple channels can justify a help desk earlier because migrating twice has a cost.
Which tool should you choose?
Choose Drag if your team lives in Gmail or Google Workspace and wants shared inboxes, workboards, automation, and higher-tier AI. Choose Missive if the team collaborates heavily inside conversations across multiple providers and channels. Choose Hiver if users want Gmail- or Outlook-connected workflows with ticketing and support features.
Choose Help Scout for a simple, human-centered customer-support inbox. Choose Freshdesk when formal ticketing, prioritization, portals, and escalation are worth the extra setup. Choose Front when complex routing, multiple channels, workspaces, and enterprise controls justify the higher price.
Choose Zendesk for mature, scalable support operations; Intercom for SaaS or digital businesses that need in-app messaging and AI resolution; Gmelius for Gmail-native automation; and Zoho TeamInbox for straightforward shared email, especially within the Zoho ecosystem.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can Gmail be used as a shared inbox?
Gmail can support basic shared workflows through delegation, Google Groups Collaborative Inbox, or a shared account, but native options may lack the assignment, collision detection, automation, analytics, and AI found in dedicated shared-inbox software. Gmail-native products such as Drag and Gmelius add those collaboration features while remaining close to Gmail.
Free tools Windows power users keep installed
One-click scans. No signup required.
Is a shared mailbox the same as a shared inbox?
A shared mailbox provides a common address and delegated access, while a shared inbox adds workflow controls such as individual assignment, internal notes, shared drafts, collision detection, statuses, automation, and reporting. A shared mailbox can be enough for low-volume email, but the two terms are not interchangeable.
Does everyone need a paid shared inbox seat?
Not always. Some products provide guest or light-user access for occasional collaborators, although eligibility and permissions vary by plan. Check the vendor’s current licensing rules before counting every manager, approver, or subject-matter expert as a full agent.
What is the best shared inbox tool for customer support?
Help Scout is a strong choice for simple customer support, Freshdesk is better when formal ticketing and portals matter, and Zendesk is better for mature support operations with advanced routing, analytics, and scale. Intercom is the stronger fit when in-app messaging and AI resolution are central.
When should a business move from a shared inbox to a help desk?
Move to a help desk when the team needs formal ticket statuses, multi-level SLAs, escalation policies, customer portals, knowledge bases, many channels, advanced analytics, detailed auditability, or complex automations. A small email-first team should not adopt a help desk solely because a help desk has more features.

There is no universally best shared inbox tool. Start with the least complex product that provides clear ownership, internal collaboration, reliable search, and the reporting your team actually needs. For Gmail teams, shortlist Drag, Hiver, and Gmelius; for provider-flexible collaboration, shortlist Missive; for structured support, compare Help Scout, Freshdesk, and Zendesk; for multichannel or AI-first operations, evaluate Front and Intercom. Recalculate the total cost using seats, channels, minimums, and AI usage before choosing.
