The strongest Acumatica integration candidates depend on the work you need to connect: Acumatica identifies native connectors for Amazon, Shopify, and BigCommerce, while other platforms and business functions are available through supported integrations and marketplace solutions. This is a use-case shortlist, not an independently tested ranking. Verify the connector, data flows, release compatibility, licensing, and support arrangements for your Acumatica tenant before choosing.
How to read this shortlist
Acumatica’s commerce materials identify native connectors for Amazon, Shopify, and BigCommerce, and name Walmart, Etsy, Adobe Commerce, and WooCommerce among other platforms reachable through supported integrations (Acumatica Commerce Connectors). That distinction matters: the first three have specific native-connector descriptions in the cited materials; the other entries below are platforms or marketplace categories to investigate, not verified product endorsements.
The marketplace covers more than commerce, including payments, shipping, EDI, tax automation, POS, and CRM. Its solutions come from partners, so availability in a marketplace category does not by itself establish compatibility with a particular edition, release, workflow, or region (Acumatica Marketplace: Integrated Solutions).
10 Acumatica integration candidates
1. Amazon native connector
Consider this for a business selling through Amazon that wants marketplace activity connected to ERP operations. Acumatica describes synchronization for listings and product data, pricing, inventory, orders, and order status, and discusses both Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) workflows (Amazon Native Connector).
#1 Best Overall
- The 2024 ERG guide helps satisfy 49 CFR 172.602 DOT requirement. This requirement states that hazmat shipments be accompanied by emergency response info.
- Pocketbook aids in emergency preparedness, planning, and training with ERGs numerically indexed and color-coded to help emergency responders find vital information fast.
- 2024 Updates: The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) released a comprehensive summary of updates. Most significantly a QR code on the back cover that provides access to critical incident reporting information.
- Other changes for 2024 have been made to continue to provide the most accurate emergency response information to help all front-line persons and all first responders stay safe during transportation emergencies.
- Specifications: 4" x 5 1/2" Pocketbook Size, English, Spiralbound. Copyright 2024.
Before selecting it, establish how your process handles settlements and accounting, returns, and the specific fulfillment configuration you use. Acumatica’s page describes connector capabilities; it does not establish that every seller’s exceptions or reconciliation requirements are covered.
2. Shopify native connector
For a Shopify storefront, Acumatica describes synchronization of products, customers, inventory availability, sales orders, and fulfillment. The marketplace listing reports technical validation for Acumatica 2026 R1, 2025 R2, 2025 R1, and 2024 R2 (Acumatica Native Shopify Integration). Confirm current validation and compatibility against the release actually running in your tenant.
Configuration is part of the fit assessment: the Shopify Stores reference describes selecting synchronization entities and defaults, mapping shipping rules and payment methods, and enabling required feature flags (Shopify Stores form reference). Review those mappings with the people responsible for storefront operations and ERP data before launch.

3. BigCommerce native connector
Acumatica presents BigCommerce as a commerce connector for B2B and B2C scenarios, linking commerce with financials, inventory, purchase orders, sales orders, and CRM. The described workflows include account-based commerce and customer-specific experiences such as pricing (Acumatica Commerce Connectors).
Rank #2
It is a candidate when those business-to-business requirements matter alongside storefront operations. Confirm which records and rules are supported in your intended configuration; the broad capability description does not substitute for validating your catalog, account, pricing, and order mappings.
4. Walmart marketplace connection
Acumatica names Walmart among additional marketplace connections available through supported integrations (Acumatica Commerce Connectors). Identify the specific provider and connector before planning around it, then confirm which product, inventory, order, and fulfillment data flows it supports. The cited material does not identify a vendor-specific Walmart product to recommend.
5. Etsy marketplace connection
Etsy is also named as a platform reachable through supported integrations (Acumatica Commerce Connectors). Treat this as a lead to verify, not confirmation of a particular connector. Ask the provider about supported objects, synchronization direction and timing, maintenance, and compatibility with your Acumatica release.

Acumatica lists Adobe Commerce among additional supported commerce platforms (Acumatica Commerce Connectors). Compare the connector’s actual mappings with your store’s needs for catalog, customers, orders, pricing, inventory, and fulfillment. Those details are implementation-specific and are not established by the platform name alone.
Rank #3
- The 2024 ERG guide helps satisfy 49 CFR 172.602 DOT requirement. This requirement states that hazmat shipments be accompanied by emergency response info. Comes with a pack of 25 books.
- Standard sized book aids in emergency preparedness, planning, and training with ERGs numerically indexed and color-coded to help emergency responders find vital information fast.
- Specifications: 5 1/2" x 7 1/2" Standard Size, English, Softbound. Copyright 2024. Comes with a pack of 25 books.
7. WooCommerce connection
WooCommerce is another platform Acumatica names as reachable through supported integrations (Acumatica Commerce Connectors). Verify who supplies and maintains the connector, which Acumatica editions and releases it supports, and how it handles your store’s data flows before treating it as a fit.
8. HubSpot CRM integration
Acumatica’s marketplace integration-category listing describes a HubSpot Integration from Integration Fox intended to keep customer and prospect data consistent (Acumatica marketplace integration category). Confirm the exact objects synchronized, direction of sync, conflict handling, and supported versions directly with the provider. The listing does not establish complete bidirectional CRM synchronization.
9. Shipping integrations
Shipping is an Acumatica marketplace category, and the marketplace includes an “Acumatica Shipping powered by ShipEngine” listing (Acumatica Marketplace: Integrated Solutions). Evaluate a specific shipping solution against carrier coverage, label creation, tracking write-back, rate shopping, and warehouse procedures. The available category and example listing do not establish which option is best for a given shipper.

Acumatica identifies tax automation as a marketplace extension category (Acumatica Marketplace: Integrated Solutions). Consider a dedicated connection when your tax calculation and filing processes warrant one. Before committing, check jurisdiction coverage, transaction treatment, and how exceptions or adjustments flow between systems; the category listing alone does not settle those questions.

Compare connectors against your actual workflow
Make the decision around operational fit rather than the word “integration.” Request a walkthrough using representative transactions and document who owns setup, monitoring, and support. These checks apply to native connectors as well as partner solutions:
- Workflow and data: List the business process, systems involved, records exchanged, direction of each flow, and system of record for each field.
- Timing and exceptions: Establish whether synchronization is event-driven, scheduled, or manual; how failures are surfaced; and how retries, duplicate records, reconciliation, and corrections work.
- Release and edition: Confirm support for your Acumatica edition and exact release, plus the connector’s current maintenance and upgrade path.
- Configuration: Review mappings, defaults, payment and shipping rules, and required feature flags with the vendor and internal process owners.
- Geography and compliance: For tax, payments, shipping, and marketplace workflows, verify relevant regional coverage and transaction behavior.
- Ownership and support: Determine who implements the connection, handles incidents, monitors jobs, and updates it when either system changes.
- Commercial terms: Obtain current licensing and total implementation and support costs directly; the cited materials do not provide comparable prices.
For Shopify in particular, Acumatica’s form reference makes entity selection and shipping and payment mappings explicit configuration concerns. A connector’s supported features will not deliver the intended outcome unless those settings reflect the business process (Shopify Stores form reference).
What Acumatica’s evidence does—and does not—establish
Acumatica’s official materials are useful for identifying native commerce connectors, broad stated capabilities, and marketplace categories. They do not provide an independent head-to-head ranking, comparative performance benchmark, or evidence that one connector is best for every business. A marketplace listing is a starting point for evaluation, not a guarantee of fit.
Acumatica’s commerce page includes a customer testimonial from Mark Bubb, Co-Owner and COO of Killer Merch and Jeffree Star Cosmetics: “I would definitely recommend Acumatica to someone looking for a new ERP solution. Acumatica would be a great asset to anyone trying to expand its ecommerce platform.” This is an attributed customer view, not comparative evidence (Acumatica Commerce Connectors).
Likewise, Acumatica’s Amazon connector page quotes Taylan Sevimli, President & Co-Owner of American Meadows, describing the difficulty of importing and exporting data as the company expanded its ecommerce operations, including on Amazon and Walmart. Sevimli says Acumatica was easier to customize and integrate and offered backend and API access. This testimonial describes one customer’s experience; it does not establish that a particular connector covers every seller’s requirements (Amazon Native Connector).
