शुरू करने से पहले किन बातों की जाँच करें?
कार्टून और संगीत के livestream अधिकार
हर episode और उसके soundtrack/music के लिए ऐसे अधिकार चाहिए जो YouTube पर सार्वजनिक livestream, भारत में प्रसारण, और इस्तेमाल की अवधि को कवर करते हों। यदि stream को archive या replay के रूप में उपलब्ध रखना है, तो वह उपयोग भी अधिकारों में शामिल होना चाहिए। किसी episode का YouTube पर उपलब्ध होना उसे अपने चैनल से दोबारा प्रसारित करने की अनुमति नहीं है।
भारत के Copyright Act में “communication to the public” की परिभाषा जनता को किसी रचना को देखने या सुनने योग्य उपलब्ध कराने को शामिल करती है। यह कानूनी पाठ का सामान्य संदर्भ है, किसी खास license की कानूनी व्याख्या नहीं। Copyright Act, 1957, Chapter I देखें।
YouTube livestream को third-party content के matches के लिए scan करता है। लाइसेंस होने पर भी rights holder से पूछें कि आपके चैनल को Content ID allowlist में कैसे जोड़ा जाएगा: allowlist न होने पर stream बाधित हो सकती है। YouTube की live-stream copyright guidance में यह सीमा स्पष्ट की गई है।

चैनल की live-streaming eligibility
YouTube की सामान्य guidance के अनुसार चैनल verified होना चाहिए और पिछले 90 दिनों में उस पर live-streaming restriction नहीं होनी चाहिए; न्यूनतम आयु 16 वर्ष है। Encoder के जरिए OBS से stream करना समर्थित तरीका है। पात्रता और वर्तमान प्रक्रिया की पुष्टि YouTube की live-stream setup guidance और YouTube Studio में करें।

YouTube Live के लिए OBS को कैसे सेट करें?
1. YouTube Studio में encoder stream बनाएं
- YouTube Studio खोलें और Go Live या Live Control Room में encoder stream बनाने का विकल्प चुनें।
- वहीं दिखने वाली stream key और ingest configuration लें। YouTube की मौजूदा स्क्रीन पर दिए निर्देशों का पालन करें; UI बदल सकती है।
- Stream key को पासवर्ड की तरह सुरक्षित रखें। इसे सार्वजनिक न करें और केवल अपने OBS stream setup में डालें।
पुराने OBS परिचय में Settings → Stream और YouTube/Custom ingest details का उल्लेख मिल सकता है, लेकिन आज के बटन और प्रक्रिया के लिए वर्तमान YouTube Help और Studio को प्राथमिकता दें।

2. OBS में वीडियो स्रोत जोड़ें
- OBS में वह Scene चुनें जिसमें cartoon stream दिखानी है।
- एक वीडियो के लिए Sources के + से Media Source जोड़ें। Local File चुनकर अधिकृत वीडियो file चुनें और Loop चालू करें।
- कई वीडियो के लिए Sources के + से VLC Video source जोड़ें। Playlist में केवल प्रसारण-अधिकृत स्थानीय files रखें और Loop Playlist चालू रखें। क्रम यादृच्छिक चाहिए तो Shuffle Playlist चुनें।
- Preview में चित्र, aspect ratio और audio सुनकर जाँचें। यदि playlist में एक ही वीडियो बार-बार चल रहा है, तो VLC source में सही files और क्रम की पुष्टि करें।
VLC Video source उपलब्ध न हो तो VLC install होना चाहिए और OBS के architecture से मेल खाना चाहिए—जैसे 64-bit OBS के साथ 64-bit VLC।
3. OBS में YouTube encoder विवरण भरें
- OBS में Settings → Stream खोलें और YouTube या YouTube Studio द्वारा दिए गए मौजूदा विकल्प के अनुसार सेवा चुनें।
- YouTube Studio से प्राप्त stream key और आवश्यक ingest विवरण भरें। यदि YouTube कोई current encoder configuration या stream-health निर्देश दिखाता है, तो उसी का पालन करें।
- Resolution, frame rate, bitrate, keyframe interval और audio सहित encoder मान YouTube Studio की मौजूदा encoder guidance से तय करें। इन मानों के लिए एक स्थायी संख्या मानकर न चलें; उपलब्ध विकल्प और मार्गदर्शन बदल सकते हैं।
4. पहले परीक्षण करें, फिर सार्वजनिक जाएं
- संभव हो तो Private या Unlisted test stream शुरू करें। इससे सार्वजनिक दर्शकों के सामने जाने से पहले आवाज़, चित्र, aspect ratio, playlist transition और loop जाँचे जा सकते हैं।
- YouTube Live Control Room में preview और stream-health संकेत देखें। OBS से stream शुरू करने के बाद पुष्टि करें कि सही Scene और playlist प्रसारित हो रहे हैं।
- परीक्षण के बाद public करने से पहले audience setting और प्रसारण-अधिकार फिर से जाँचें। Private या Unlisted परीक्षण भी बिना अधिकार के सार्वजनिक livestream करने की अनुमति नहीं देता।
बच्चों के कार्टून के लिए Made for Kids कब चुनें?
यदि सामग्री मुख्य रूप से बच्चों को लक्षित करती है, तो उसे सही ढंग से Made for Kids सेट करें। YouTube creators से स्थान की परवाह किए बिना यह audience designation बताने की अपेक्षा करता है; इसे YouTube Studio में channel या individual video स्तर पर सेट किया जा सकता है। अधिक जानकारी YouTube की audience-setting guidance में है।
इस designation पर live chat, comments, notification bell और personalized advertising सहित कुछ सुविधाएँ बंद या सीमित होती हैं। संबंधित live restrictions की जानकारी YouTube की live-stream restrictions guidance में देखें। सुविधा बनाए रखने के लिए audience को गलत तरीके से सेट न करें।

24/7 चलाने के लिए क्या OBS अकेला काफी है?
नहीं। Media Source का Loop या VLC की Loop Playlist केवल playback दोहराता है। स्थानीय OBS stream जारी रहने के लिए कंप्यूटर, बिजली, इंटरनेट, OBS और YouTube stream का काम करना जरूरी है। इनकी निगरानी करें और बिजली, इंटरनेट, encoder या YouTube interruption के बाद stream फिर शुरू करने की योजना रखें। OBS loop अपने आप निरंतर uptime सुनिश्चित नहीं करता।
आम समस्याएँ और उनके उपाय
- एक वीडियो खत्म होने पर playback रुक जाता है: Media Source की properties खोलकर Loop चालू करें; VLC playlist के लिए Loop Playlist जाँचें।
- VLC Video source नहीं दिखता या काम नहीं करता: VLC installed होने और OBS के समान 32-bit/64-bit architecture की पुष्टि करें।
- YouTube पर चित्र या आवाज़ नहीं दिखती: OBS preview में सही Scene/source, चुनी हुई file और audio जाँचें; फिर YouTube Studio preview और stream-health संकेत देखें।
- YouTube stream बाधित करता है: Studio में दिखे कारण की जाँच करें। Copyright match होने पर आवश्यक प्रसारण-अधिकार और rights holder की Content ID allowlisting प्रक्रिया की पुष्टि करें।
- Stream अचानक बंद हो जाती है: OBS/कंप्यूटर, बिजली और इंटरनेट की स्थिति जाँचें; encoder फिर शुरू करें और YouTube Live Control Room में stream status की पुष्टि करें।
Cartoon playlist से monetization की गारंटी क्यों नहीं मिलती?
YouTube की 15 जुलाई 2025 की policy update ने “repetitious content” का नाम बदलकर “inauthentic content” किया और स्पष्ट किया कि repetitive या mass-produced programming monetization के लिए अयोग्य हो सकती है। अलग reused-content policy उस सामग्री पर लागू हो सकती है जिसे सार्थक मौलिक commentary, संशोधन या शैक्षिक/मनोरंजन मूल्य के बिना दोबारा इस्तेमाल किया गया हो। Copyright permission और monetization eligibility अलग प्रश्न हैं: license होने से reused-content नियम स्वतः पूरा नहीं होता। YouTube की channel monetization policies देखें।
Made for Kids सामग्री पर personalized ads नहीं दिखाए जाते, हालांकि contextual ads दिख सकते हैं। इसलिए केवल 24/7 stream या cartoons के licensed होने से आय अथवा YouTube Partner Program की पात्रता तय नहीं होती।
