पहले तय करें कि रिपोर्ट में क्या दिखाना है
सही capture इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि आप किस बात का प्रमाण दे रहे हैं। viewport screenshot पूरे पेज का प्रतिनिधित्व नहीं करता; emulated mobile दृश्य वास्तविक फोन पर हुए परीक्षण के बराबर नहीं है; और Google Search Console का rendered screenshot सामान्य visitor experience या search ranking का प्रमाण नहीं है।

Chrome DevTools से viewport या पूरा webpage capture करें
- रिपोर्ट वाला URL खोलें। Redirect के बाद address bar में जो अंतिम URL दिख रहा है, उसे नोट करें; रिपोर्ट में वही वास्तविक page path दर्ज करें।
- DevTools खोलें और Device Mode चालू करें। Chrome में DevTools खोलें, फिर Device Mode toggle करें। Desktop दृश्य के लिए उपयुक्त viewport रखें; मोबाइल layout दिखाना हो तो उपलब्ध device preset या custom viewport चुनें।
- सही screenshot command चुनें। Device Mode के More options menu में Capture screenshot मौजूदा viewport का चित्र लेता है। पूरे scrollable पेज के लिए Capture a full size screenshot चुनें; यह viewport से बाहर का content भी शामिल करता है।
- सेव हुई फ़ाइल खोलकर जाँचें। पुष्टि करें कि मांगी गई सामग्री चित्र में है, text पढ़ने योग्य है और कोई जरूरी संदर्भ crop नहीं हुआ। Full-page capture बहुत लंबा हो सकता है; यदि मुख्य मुद्दा ऊपर के हिस्से में है तो viewport capture अधिक पढ़ने योग्य प्रमाण हो सकता है।
- रिपोर्ट में संदर्भ जोड़ें। URL, तारीख, device/viewport context और चित्र का उद्देश्य लिखें। केवल screenshot देखकर बाद में यह अनुमान लगाने की जरूरत न पड़े कि कौन-सा पेज या state दिखाया गया था।
Chrome Device Mode में device और viewport बदले जा सकते हैं, लेकिन emulation को physical phone test न कहें। यदि दावा वास्तविक डिवाइस के अनुभव के बारे में है, तो वास्तविक डिवाइस पर अलग से जांचें और रिपोर्ट में वही तरीका स्पष्ट करें।
लोडिंग के दौरान banner या content देर से आने का प्रमाण लें
यदि रिपोर्ट का दावा है कि कोई banner, image या मुख्य सामग्री देर से दिखाई देती है, तो पूरी तरह लोड हो चुके पेज का एक screenshot उस बदलाव को नहीं दिखाएगा। Chrome DevTools के Network panel में Capture screenshots चालू करें और Network panel focus में रहते हुए पेज reload करें। DevTools load process के दौरान frames बनाता है; किसी thumbnail को चुनने पर उस समय तक की requests से संबंधित दृश्य देखा जा सकता है।
- DevTools खोलकर Network panel चुनें।
- Capture screenshots सक्षम करें।
- Network panel को focus में रखते हुए पेज reload करें।
- बने हुए thumbnails में उस frame को चुनें जो रिपोर्ट की observation दिखाता है।
- Caption में लिखें कि frame load के किस दृश्य बदलाव को दिखाता है।
एक frame को पूरे session या सभी उपयोगकर्ताओं के अनुभव का प्रतिनिधि न बताएं। यह उस capture के एक क्षण का दृश्य है; किसी खास साइट पर परिणाम का दावा तभी करें जब आपने स्वयं उसका परीक्षण किया हो।

Search Console में देखें कि Google inspection tool को पेज कैसा दिखा
Google Search Console में URL Inspection खोलें, URL का live test चलाएं और सफल test के बाद View tested page में rendered screenshot देखें। यह screenshot सफल live test में उपलब्ध होता है; यदि URL fetch विफल हो या आप केवल indexed URL view देख रहे हों, तो यह screenshot उपलब्ध नहीं होता। Google के सहायता निर्देश के अनुसार, “You can view a screenshot of the rendered page as the Google-InspectionTool sees it.”
इसे रिपोर्ट में “इस live test में Google-InspectionTool को ऐसा render हुआ” कहें। Live-test data URL को वास्तविक समय में fetch और जांचने से बनता है और indexed URL data से अलग हो सकता है। Live test हर संभावित indexing समस्या नहीं जांचता और search results में दिखने की गारंटी नहीं देता। इसलिए इस चित्र से ranking, indexing या हर visitor को दिखने वाले अनुभव का निष्कर्ष न निकालें।

आम समस्याएं और उनके उपाय
- Full-page screenshot में नीचे की सामग्री नहीं है: फिर से जांचें कि Capture a full size screenshot चुना था, न कि सामान्य viewport वाला Capture screenshot। फ़ाइल खोलकर देखें कि वह पूरी तरह सेव हुई है।
