सीधा जवाब: 24/7 prerecorded वीडियो को YouTube Live पर चलाने के लिए ऐसे encoder की जरूरत होती है जो वीडियो की playlist को लगातार दोहरा सके, और ऐसे कंप्यूटर व इंटरनेट कनेक्शन की जो प्रसारण के दौरान चालू रहें। YouTube का Live Control Room encoder से stream शुरू करने और उसकी सेहत देखने देता है; YouTube की सहायता सामग्री में playlist को अनंत loop पर चलाने या encoder अथवा इंटरनेट विफल होने पर उसे अपने-आप फिर शुरू करने का तरीका स्थापित नहीं है। इसलिए पहले audience designation और वीडियो के अधिकार ठीक करें, फिर encoder की loop/recovery क्षमताओं को अलग से सत्यापित करें। YouTube live-stream setup और encoder guidance देखें।
Playlist automation में क्या-क्या शामिल है?
यहां “playlist” से आशय encoder में जोड़ी गई prerecorded वीडियो की सूची है, न कि YouTube की दर्शक-पक्ष वाली playlist। Encoder को सूची के अंत में वीडियो फिर शुरू करने के लिए loop सुविधा चाहिए। इसके अलावा, लगातार प्रसारण के लिए host कंप्यूटर, बिजली और इंटरनेट का उपलब्ध रहना जरूरी है। इन घटकों में से किसी के रुकने पर प्रसारण भी रुक सकता है; restart या recovery की व्यवस्था encoder या होस्टिंग सेवा पर निर्भर करेगी। YouTube के आधिकारिक setup पेज encoder को live जाने का एक तरीका बताते हैं, लेकिन किसी खास playlist-loop या automatic-restart सुविधा का निर्देश नहीं देते। YouTube के live-streaming विकल्प

शुरू करने से पहले ये जांचें

- Encoder और connection: ऐसा encoder चुनें जो prerecorded playlist को लगातार loop कर सके और जिसमें interruption के बाद फिर प्रसारण शुरू करने का व्यवहार स्पष्ट हो। इन क्षमताओं की पुष्टि उसके अपने निर्देशों में करें; YouTube का encoder पेज किसी खास automation software को प्रमाणित नहीं करता।
DIY: Encoder से playlist को live चलाने की प्रक्रिया
- वीडियो और playlist तैयार करें। केवल वे फाइलें जोड़ें जिनके अधिकार आपके पास हैं। क्रम, audio और video playback जांचें। Encoder के playlist control में repeat/loop का विकल्प हो तो उसे सक्षम करें। यदि encoder यह सुविधा नहीं देता, तो YouTube Live Control Room अपने-आप आपकी वीडियो सूची को loop नहीं करेगा—दूसरा समर्थित तरीका चुनें।
- Live Control Room में stream बनाएं। YouTube में Live Control Room खोलकर encoder वाला live-stream setup चुनें। Stream का audience designation सही रखें; बच्चों को target करने वाली सामग्री को केवल सुविधाएं पाने या reach बढ़ाने के लिए अलग तरह से चिह्नित न करें। YouTube की live setup प्रक्रिया देखें: Live streaming setup।
- Stream key को encoder से जोड़ें। Live Control Room में मिली stream key को encoder की stream configuration में डालें। इसे पासवर्ड की तरह निजी रखें और सार्वजनिक रूप से साझा न करें। YouTube secure delivery के लिए RTMPS की अनुशंसा करता है; encoder और YouTube दोनों में उपलब्ध protocol तथा stream destination का मिलान करें। YouTube encoder settings
- Resolution, frame rate और bitrate तय करें। वही resolution और frame rate चुनें जिसमें आपकी सामग्री बनी है और जिसे आपका upload connection संभाल सकता है। YouTube की मौजूदा encoder guidance में संबंधित resolution/frame-rate संयोजन के लिए bitrate तालिका देखें; किसी एक bitrate को हर भारतीय connection के लिए पर्याप्त न मानें। शुरू करने से पहले upload speed जांचें और stream में उपयोग होने वाली अतिरिक्त internet activity को भी ध्यान में रखें।
- अगर encoder में keyframe विकल्प हो, तो उसकी वर्तमान YouTube guidance देखें। इस विकल्प का मान अनुमान से न भरें। YouTube के encoder पेज पर मौजूदा निर्देश देखें और चुने हुए encoder में उसी के अनुसार सेट करें।
- पहले परीक्षण करें। Live जाने से पहले छोटा test चलाकर आवाज, वीडियो motion, playlist का अगला item और loop के अंत से शुरुआत तक संक्रमण जांचें। केवल static स्क्रीन देखकर परीक्षण पूरा न मानें। Stream शुरू होने के बाद Live Control Room में stream-health messages देखें और समस्या दिखे तो bitrate, resolution या encoder/network स्थिति की जांच करें। YouTube upload-speed परीक्षण, audio और motion सहित test, और stream health की निगरानी की सलाह देता है। Encoder settings और bitrate guidance
- Restart और निगरानी की जिम्मेदारी तय करें। Encoder या connection बंद हो जाने पर stream कैसे फिर शुरू होगी, यह test में ही जांचें। यदि encoder में automatic restart है, तो उसे अपने निर्देशों के मुताबिक configure कर वास्तविक interruption में परखें। YouTube की उपलब्ध setup guidance से किसी encoder की automatic recovery या uninterrupted 24/7 uptime की पुष्टि नहीं होती; बिना परीक्षण के ऐसा वादा न करें।
Made for kids का stream और चैनल पर असर
Made for kids designation को playlist automation की setting न समझें—यह content और audience का वर्गीकरण है। YouTube के अनुसार इस designation से live chat, comments, personalized ads और Save to playlist जैसी सुविधाएं बंद या सीमित हो सकती हैं। Made-for-kids वीडियो दूसरे kids’ videos के साथ recommend होने की अधिक संभावना रखते हैं, लेकिन इससे किसी निश्चित reach की गारंटी नहीं मिलती। Audience feature restrictions और Made for Kids FAQ

Copyright के कारण live stream क्यों रुक सकती है?
YouTube live streams को third-party copyrighted content के लिए scan करता है। Match मिलने पर placeholder या चेतावनी दिखाई दे सकती है; सामग्री जारी रहने पर stream अस्थायी रूप से रुक सकती है या समाप्त हो सकती है। Licensed सामग्री भी बाधित हो सकती है यदि अधिकार-स्वामी ने channel को Content ID allowlist में नहीं जोड़ा हो। प्रसारण से पहले playlist के हर video, music track और अन्य audiovisual हिस्से के अधिकार जांचें; जरूरत पड़ने पर अधिकार-स्वामी से अनुमति और allowlisting की पुष्टि करें। Live streams में copyright issues

- Encoder connect नहीं कर रहा: Live Control Room में चुनी गई stream और encoder में भरी stream key तथा destination का मिलान करें। Key निजी रखें; सही configuration के बाद फिर connect करके Live Control Room के status संदेश देखें।
- वीडियो चल रहा है, लेकिन सूची दोहर नहीं रही: Encoder की playlist settings में repeat/loop विकल्प खोजें और एक item के अंत तक test करें। YouTube Live Control Room को playlist player न मानें; वहां stream setup और health monitoring होती है।
- Stream-health चेतावनी या अस्थिर प्रसारण: पहले upload connection जांचें। फिर चुने हुए resolution और frame rate के लिए YouTube की bitrate guidance से encoder का bitrate मिलाएं और test दोहराएं। उपलब्ध upload capacity से अधिक bitrate चुनने पर stream अस्थिर हो सकती है।
- Live stream बाधित या समाप्त: Live Control Room का संदेश पढ़ें और playlist में copyrighted सामग्री की जांच करें। YouTube की copyright scanning, encoder/connection interruption और encoder की अपनी recovery अलग-अलग कारण हो सकते हैं; कारण स्पष्ट किए बिना केवल restart करना समस्या का स्थायी समाधान नहीं है।
- बच्चों के लिए कुछ सुविधाएं नहीं दिख रहीं: पहले देखें कि सामग्री made for kids चिह्नित है या नहीं। इस designation से कुछ engagement और playlist सुविधाएं सीमित होना platform का अपेक्षित व्यवहार हो सकता है, तकनीकी खराबी नहीं।
