What the campaigns were reported to include
My5 Family Sharing Package Campaign
PhoneWorld’s account describes My5 as a family-sharing package that combines connectivity with insurance coverage, lifestyle benefits, and access to digital streaming. These are descriptions in the award coverage, not independent assessments of the package’s terms or current availability.
My Zong App Campaign
The same coverage characterizes the app campaign as bringing together self-service, digital payments, loyalty features, and AI-powered customer support. The reports do not detail how those features were implemented or independently assess their performance.
What Zong said about the recognition
Zong Head of Marketing Sajid Munir called the two awards “a significant milestone for Zong and a proud moment for Pakistan.” He also said the recognition reflected the company’s view that connectivity should involve “intelligent, meaningful and seamless experiences” as well as faster networks. He connected that approach to Zong’s “Aisa Hai Future” brand promise. These statements present the company’s perspective; they are not evidence of measured campaign results.

What the reports do—and do not—establish
The two outlets report the same pair of awards and campaign names. Their coverage does not publish quantified results such as reach, adoption, customer satisfaction, or conversion, nor does it explain the judging criteria or provide a detailed account of the awards process. It therefore supports reporting which awards Zong was said to receive, but not a conclusion that either campaign outperformed the other or produced a particular business impact.
