In a statement quoted by iXBT Games, j0nathan called the deletion erroneous and said he had covered elements in the frame. Those details are his account, not an independently confirmed description of the footage. What YouTube’s sexual-content policy says about video games
YouTube’s Nudity and sexual content policy expressly covers real-world, dramatized, illustrated, and animated material, including video games. It prohibits depictions of nudity or sexual acts when they are intended for sexual gratification. The policy also says artistic context can matter: a video-game sex scene may be allowed when context makes the primary purpose clear and the material is not gratuitous.

The game was listed for release on October 8, 2026, by Steam and the Xbox Store. Steam describes it as a first-person action-horror survival game and discloses mature language, strong violence, gore, torture, consensual mutilation, substance use, and non-explicit consensual sex.
