To find brand deals on YouTube, check whether your account can use YouTube Creator Partnerships in YouTube Studio, and at the same time pitch brands that fit your audience directly. Platform matching is one route, not a guarantee. In both cases, the deals that work rest on three things: a clear audience-to-brand fit, a short pitch backed by a media kit, and a written agreement on scope, payment and usage rights before you start production.
What YouTube Creator Partnerships is and where to find it
YouTube Creator Partnerships is YouTube’s current platform for creator and brand partnerships. It replaces BrandConnect, which YouTube has said has evolved into Creator Partnerships. On the creator side it is integrated into YouTube Studio. On the advertiser side it connects to Google Ads and Display & Video 360. YouTube’s platform announcement describes tools for advertisers to discover creators, for creators and brands to manage outreach, and for managing deal links. Brands can also use creator partnerships boost, formerly called Partnership ads, to promote a creator’s video.
Availability and eligibility
Access depends on rollout and eligibility, and it is not universal. In a September 23, 2026 announcement, YouTube said Creator Partnerships was then available in 20 countries. A July 1, 2026 post from YouTube’s Brand Deal Desk tells eligible YouTube Partner Program creators to open the Partnerships tab within the Earn page in YouTube Studio. Those statements describe the rollout on their publication dates. They do not mean every creator in every country can use the feature, so check your own Studio account and the current YouTube Help pages before you plan around it.
If you do not see the tab, that does not mean you cannot pursue sponsorships. The rest of this guide covers the outbound route, which needs no platform access.

Features that are announced but not yet confirmed as available
YouTube has said that Ask Studio will soon help creators draft responses to brand briefs, prepare proactive pitches and tailor a media kit. The wording at publication was forward-looking, so treat these as planned features and verify them in Studio before relying on them.
Google has also described Open Call, an advertiser feature from June 2025 that lets select advertisers share one campaign brief with multiple YouTube Partner Program creators, review submissions and promote chosen videos. Google said it was available to select advertisers only. It is a possible opportunity if an advertiser invites you, not an open marketplace you can join.
Shopping affiliate programs are a different thing
YouTube’s September 2026 announcement also covered its Shopping affiliate program, including plans to expand Amazon product tagging in the United States. That is affiliate revenue from product links in your videos. A paid sponsorship is a negotiated fee for a campaign with defined deliverables. Keep the two apart when you talk to brands, and check current country and program eligibility before you describe either one in detail.

Do you need a big audience to get sponsorships?
No single subscriber count is a reliable threshold, and the sources do not establish a typical sponsor minimum. Brands look at fit first: whether your viewers are the people the product is for, whether the topic suits your channel, and whether your past videos show the kind of attention a campaign needs. A smaller channel with a tightly matched audience can be a better fit for a niche product than a larger channel with unrelated viewers.
For context on how much sponsored activity exists, Tubefilter’s Gospel Stats 2025, as reported by Axios, counted 65,759 sponsored videos and 19.1 billion views in the first half of 2025. The count covered videos from English-speaking channels that reached at least 25,000 views within seven days of upload, and Axios reports that the video count was taken from each video’s 90-day view count. This is an observed subset of the market. It is not all sponsored YouTube content, and it does not predict whether an individual channel will get a deal.
Build a media kit brands can scan in two minutes
YouTube’s Brand Deal Desk recommends a media kit and notes that creators can tailor it to a brand’s goals. A useful kit includes:
- Channel name, a one-line description of the niche and the audience promise, and a working contact email.
- Audience geography and demographics, where YouTube Studio provides them to you. Show the source and the date.
- Typical recent performance: views on recent videos, and engagement figures you can explain. Use recent averages, not your best-ever video.
- Past campaigns, if any, with what you delivered and any performance report you were allowed to share.
- Two or three partnership formats you can actually deliver, such as a dedicated long-form integration, a Shorts pack, or a bundle that combines both.
- Your rates or a rate range, if you are ready to state them. If not, say you will send a quote for a defined scope.
Do not inflate numbers or describe a campaign you did not run. Brands check, and a kit that overstates performance costs you the deal and the reputation that comes after it.

Compare the routes to a deal
There are two main routes, plus one platform-controlled option. The table compares them on the factors that matter when you choose where to spend time.
| Route | How the brand is found | Eligibility and availability | Who sets deliverables and rights | Performance evidence |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Creator Partnerships (Partnerships tab in YouTube Studio) | Platform discovery and brand outreach through YouTube’s tools | Eligible YouTube Partner Program creators in supported countries; check your Studio account | Negotiated between you and the brand; agree every term in writing | YouTube’s guidance recommends sharing performance reports after the work is published |
| Outbound pitch to a brand | You identify the brand and the marketing contact | No platform gate; depends on the brand’s budget and interest | Negotiated between you and the brand | Set by agreement; the same reporting expectation applies |
| Open Call (advertiser-led) | An advertiser shares a brief with multiple creators | Select advertisers only, per Google’s June 2025 description | Set by the advertiser’s brief and your response | Not stated in the sources reviewed |
No source ranks these routes or gives a success rate for any of them. The practical question is which one you can reach, and then whether the brand’s goal and your audience match.
Find brands and pitch them
Platform discovery is worth checking, but do not wait for it. Start with a list of brands already relevant to your audience, and look for the ones that sponsor comparable creators or run campaigns in your niche. Then find a real marketing or partnerships contact, not a generic inbox.

Write a concise pitch in five parts
- Who you reach. One or two sentences on your audience and why it matters to this brand.
- Why the fit works. Name the product and the specific viewer need or interest it addresses.
- The idea. A concrete proposal, such as a 90-second Short plus a 10-minute long-form segment, with a publication window.
- The evidence. Link the media kit and one or two relevant past videos.
- The next step. Ask for a short call or a yes/no on whether to send a detailed quote.
Follow up once, professionally
YouTube’s Brand Deal Desk covers the follow-up as part of pitching. In practice, send one short follow-up after a reasonable interval, restate the idea in one line, and stop if there is no answer. The sources do not establish a response rate for cold pitches, so do not promise yourself a particular outcome.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsNegotiate scope, price and rights before you create
YouTube’s current guidance treats pricing and negotiation as core parts of a partnership, and it mentions bundling Shorts with long-form videos. There is no standard rate in the sources, so do not quote a figure as typical. Before you agree, confirm each of these in writing:
- Brief and goal: what outcome the brand wants and what message it must include.
- Deliverables: the number and format of videos, length, and whether Shorts are included.
- Dates: the publication date or window, and what happens if a date slips.
- Creative review and revisions: who approves the script, how many rounds are included, and who decides on disputed claims.
- Payment: the amount, the currency, the schedule, and whether any part is tied to performance.
- Usage rights: how long the brand may reuse your video, on which channels, and whether that use is paid.
- Exclusivity: which competing products you may not feature, for how long, and whether that is priced in.
- Paid amplification: whether the brand will run your video as an ad, such as through creator partnerships boost, which account it runs from, and when that access ends. Agree to any access explicitly. Do not assume it comes with the fee.
Disclose the partnership clearly
Disclosure is both a platform requirement and a legal one in many places. YouTube says it displays a disclosure when a creator tells YouTube that a video contains branded content. YouTube’s help page defines branded content broadly, covering endorsements, sponsorships and other commercial relationships that might influence what you say.
Best Value
FTC staff guidance in the United States says you should disclose a material connection, such as payment or free or discounted products. For video endorsements, the disclosure should appear in the video itself, not only in the description, and audio and visual disclosure together are more likely to be noticed. The FTC also says not to claim experience with a product you have not had. That guidance is from November 2019 and applies in the United States. Other countries have their own rules, so check the ones that apply to your audience and your own location.

After publication, share the agreed performance data and a short report. The Brand Deal Desk includes sharing performance reports and reading metrics as part of the partnership process. Report what was agreed, such as views in the agreed window and retention if it was part of the scope. Explain what the numbers do and do not show, and keep the report consistent with the data you can export from Studio.

Troubleshooting common problems
| Problem | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| No Partnerships tab in YouTube Studio | Your account is not eligible, or your country is not in the rollout | Check eligibility and current YouTube Help pages. Use the outbound route in the meantime. |
| Brand asks for unlimited usage rights at the same fee | The usage term was never negotiated | Set a time limit and a channel list, and price any extended or paid-ad use separately. |
| Brand runs your video as an ad without clear agreement | Paid amplification was not written into the contract | Confirm amplification, the account it runs from, and the end date in writing before publication. |
| Pitches get no reply | Generic message to an unlikely contact, or no specific idea | Find the marketing contact, lead with one concrete idea, and send one follow-up. |
| Brand wants you to say you used the product | The product has not been used | Decline that line or try the product first. FTC guidance says not to claim experience you have not had. |
| Disclosure appears only in the description | The disclosure was not spoken or shown in the video | Add a clear spoken and on-screen disclosure early in the video, and keep the description note as well. |
| Brand asks for changes after approval | Revision limits were not agreed | Point to the agreed revision count, and price any extra rounds. |

Quick Recap
If your sponsored content runs between deliveries
Some creators keep a sponsored video or a paid campaign on air around the clock, which needs a channel that stays live when the creator’s own computer is off. StreamNeo is a cloud service that keeps a YouTube channel live 24/7 from videos you upload. It loops your uploads or a playlist and streams only to YouTube. It does not go live from a camera, and it does not require a computer or home connection to stay on.
- Always on from the cloud: nothing has to stay running at home.
- Any quality up to 4K 60fps: streams as you uploaded it, with no re-encode and no quality tiers, at one price per slot.
- Automatic recovery: if YouTube drops the stream, the service recovers it.
- First day free: one free day per account, no card required.
- Monthly plan: $9.99 per month, with daily, weekly, 6-month and yearly options on the pricing page.
Upload your video, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. If you want to try it for a sponsored loop without committing to a month, start your free day at StreamNeo.
Before you publish a sponsored video
- Confirm the contract covers scope, payment, usage rights, exclusivity and amplification.
- Add the platform disclosure and a spoken and on-screen disclosure in the video.
- Check the product claims against what you have actually tested.
- Keep the agreed performance report ready for after the video goes live.
Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply.
