The Redmi Note 15 has the stronger listed screen and main camera, and it charges faster. The realme NARZO 80 Lite has the larger stated battery and, in the sources checked, a much lower price. The exact price gap cannot be stated reliably yet, because the Narzo price found online does not clearly match the Redmi configuration. Start by confirming which Narzo you are buying, since realme sells two phones with similar names.
Confirm which Narzo you are comparing
realme sells a standard NARZO 80 Lite and a separate NARZO 80 Lite 5G. They are not the same phone. The realme India product page for the standard model lists a 6.74-inch, 90Hz screen, a 13MP camera and a 6,300mAh typical battery. The 5G model’s page lists a 6.67-inch, 120Hz screen, a 32MP camera and a 6,000mAh typical battery. Every Narzo figure below refers to the standard model. If you meant the 5G, the screen, camera and battery comparisons change, and you should check that model’s listing separately.
Side-by-side specifications
The table uses the Redmi Note 15 5G and the standard NARZO 80 Lite, with values from the 91mobiles comparison page and realme’s official India page. Where a value was not stated in the sources checked, the cell says so.
| Specification | Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 5G | realme NARZO 80 Lite (standard) |
|---|---|---|
| Display | 6.77-inch AMOLED (91mobiles) | 6.74-inch LCD-class panel; refresh rate 90Hz (realme India) |
| Main camera | 108MP (91mobiles) | 13MP (realme India) |
| Battery | 5,520mAh (91mobiles) | 6,300mAh typical (realme India) |
| Charging | 45W (91mobiles) | 15W (realme India) |
| Dust and water rating | IP66/IP65 labels (91mobiles); check Xiaomi’s regional page | IP54 (realme India) |
| Listed price | ₹28,999 for 8GB + 128GB, 5G Black (Xiaomi India Store, checked in 2026) | ₹19,898 (91mobiles); variant and price basis not clear |
Two cells need caution. The Redmi refresh rate and panel technology come from a comparison site rather than a Xiaomi specification page, so treat them as provisional until you check Xiaomi’s India product page. The Narzo’s display description also comes from realme’s listing, not from an independent test.

Display
The Redmi Note 15 uses an AMOLED panel. AMOLED screens usually show deeper blacks and higher contrast than LCD panels, and the Redmi’s listed screen is slightly larger. The Narzo’s 90Hz refresh rate is smooth for everyday scrolling. Refresh rate and panel type are manufacturer or spec-sheet figures, so judge real brightness, colour and smoothness in person or in a hands-on review before deciding on this basis alone.
Camera
The Redmi lists a 108MP main camera and the standard Narzo lists 13MP. Megapixel count does not decide photo quality, because sensor size, processing and software all matter. On paper, the Redmi has the more capable main camera. Whether that gap shows up in everyday photos has not been established by the sources checked.

Battery and charging
The standard Narzo lists a 6,300mAh typical battery, which is larger than the Redmi’s 5,520mAh. The Redmi charges at 45W, against the Narzo’s 15W. Both figures are manufacturer or spec-sheet values, not measured battery life. A larger battery does not always last longer in use, because screen type, processor and software all affect drain. The Redmi’s faster charging means it recovers more quickly from a low battery, but the sources do not say how long a full charge takes on either phone.
Durability
realme’s official page lists the standard Narzo at IP54, which protects against dust and water splashes. The 91mobiles page lists the Redmi with IP66 and IP65 labels, which indicate stronger protection. Because these labels were taken from a comparison site, check Xiaomi’s regional specification page before treating them as directly comparable.

Price difference
Xiaomi’s India Store listed the Redmi Note 15 5G in the 8GB + 128GB configuration at ₹28,999 when checked in 2026. The 91mobiles comparison showed ₹19,898 for the Narzo, but it does not specify which Narzo variant or what the price covers. A price gap should not be calculated from those two numbers, because the configurations may differ. To compare fairly, find a current listing for each phone with the same RAM, storage and network variant, and check the seller’s final price, including any bank or exchange offers.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Which should you buy?
- Choose the Redmi Note 15 5G if you care most about the display technology, the main camera spec and faster charging, and you can afford the listed ₹28,999 configuration.
- Choose the standard NARZO 80 Lite if your priority is the larger listed battery and a lower purchase price, and you confirm that the lower price is for a matching configuration.
- Check both listings again before buying. Prices, stock and offers change often, and the Narzo price found online is not reliable enough to compare directly.
These conclusions rest on manufacturer and spec-sheet figures. They are not based on hands-on testing or long-term use.
